i do it because it's my job to help kids.
it's his job to answer customer's questions and troubleshoot their problems.
dude didn't ask for my login...nor did he help my issue...

that's what the new customer service chat agent who's doing his actual job is telling me as we troubleshoot it.
i stand corrected about your job. but nowhere in answering questions and troubleshooting does it say give something for free. you demanded compensation. thats not in his job description NOR power. and look how ur complaining.... he didnt ask for your login nor help your issue? its a SERVER problem. millions of people affected and youre mad because he didnt BS u by pretending to work on your system? be glad. he coulda went thru the whole let me take a look, hit the up arrow then the down arrow, typed 38648643 to sound like he was doing something, then asked if it works now. personally i woulda told u to turn your system on and hit up down up down X, O, start once u started demanding things lol. but thats why im not fit for that job.
