Yeah the game has enough archers so I just make with the sneaky stabby stabby. Just don't get caught up on the side quest. There's a lot. And I really mean it.

Game is great when you remember there is more to it than the hinterlands. I got caught up doing sidequest and was super leveled before I left.
Went with mage to get the super OP knight-enchanter class
Gonna go with a warrior in my next playthrough.

How many dragons have everyone taken down? I think I'm either at 5 or 6.

Just started DA:I....the game seems great, but also really overwhelming. I'm about 5 hours in and really enjoying it so far.
I spent about 3 hours in the hinterlands before moving on. Just saved and quit for the night at Val Royeaux or w/e its called.
As somebody who grew up on turn-based, the combat can seem downright frenetic at times. I know there is that top down-view that freezes time; Does anybody use that for each battle?

I use the top down for boss battles and dragons. It helps.

It is, but it's not for everybody. You have to ask yourself: Do you like RPGS?
Do you like western RPGS?
Do you like Bioware games?
Do you like reading? LOL....jk, but not really. There is so much text in the game.

Going to get started on DragonAge after I finish up GTA singleplayer and get bored of wwe 2k15 career mode

I opened Dragon Age a couple days ago and put in like 3 straight hours. Could have sworn it was the best game ever. But I haven't touched it since . I basically forgot I had it. SMH I knew this would happen.

How many dragons have everyone taken down? I think I'm either at 5 or 6.
I use it almost constantly. It gives me complete control and time to think. It makes big battles and boss battles easy as hell.
