Street Fighter V slated for spring 2016

Street Fighter V will launch for PlayStation 4 and PC in spring 2016, according to a Capcom Unity blog post detailing the company’s PAX East merchandise.


“Everyone is fired up for Street Fighter V coming to the PS4 and PC next spring,” the post reads. “Until then, you can sport the official Street Fighter V key art T-shirt, which features Ryu in a heroic pose, for $25.”


Until now, the game was not given a release frame.


PlayStation 4 owners will have plenty to play in the meantime. Ultra Street Fighter IV is due out on the console this spring. And a Street Fighter V online beta program also planned. Those who pre-order the game in North America will be automatically enrolled. Capcom has yet to share further details.

So Morpheus and Street Fighter V for first half of 2016. Only a blog post so not proper confirmation but still something.

Have you played skate? The flick it controls from that franchise made is easy for me to adapt to olli's game mechanics, but the x to land perfectly is a trip.

3Extreme was cool, but my jam was Thrasher Skate and Destroy.  Downloaded a PS1 emulator a little while back just to play that again and I thought it was still fun honestly.

Looking forward to that new Tony Hawk though.

Skate was difficult but rewarding. Trying so hard to do tricks then the feel of actually doing them and landing them. I'd cop a skate 4 in a heartbeat

I played the Skate demo a ton, played a bit of the first game and that was it. I can see how those games can help.

but those two moves that double back motion that the other tricks don't that is giving me trouble.
