The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Anybody in here actually like ESO? My brother is trading it in asap. Man said the graphics were like top notch PS2, early PS3 graphics

I watched a couple gameplay videos of it and it looked pretty bad.  The spells weren't skill shot at all and basically aimed for you as long as the target reticle was close to the enemy you were shooting at.  Seemed pretty lame to me.

he legitimately had me laughing the way he was describing it. He said when he was creating his character, it reminded him of create-a-superstar from WWF Smackdown 2 Know Your Role

I had no intention of getting it and I told him to get The Witcher instead but he wanted it for that multiplayer :smh:

He messed up on that one the Witcher 3 is so :pimp: have you played it yet? I don't think I'll be able to beat it in time for when Batman drops :\

no not yet. I'm at my mother in laws' house until next Tuesday night. I wanted to be as comfortable as possible in my own home when I played. I just been messing around with the Wii U here.

My coworker is selling his TB P11 to me for $65, is that worth it? Right now I'm using Beats Solo HD.
Aint nobody had or head of Turtle Beach P11s?

Never had the P11's, but all I can say about Turtle Beach headsets is be weary.

I had a Turtle Beach headset for PS3 and 360 and they both broke after light use. I feel like the build quality on TB headsets isn't the greatest and the components wear out quickly.

And if you're buying these, then I wouldn't drop $65 on a used pair.

Ratchet and Clank IP is owned by Sony.
Ohhh didn't know, well then it makes complete sense lol. You can have your IP @CenTex HOGG
U know I like to double dip. I'm already locked in with Batman on PS4 also, so you know we gonna have party chat rocking talking foolishness with my people later this month.
I got The Witcher, just waiting to get back home to play it. I'm gonna play as much as possible before Batman drops.

For the record, I've never played R&C

this new one looks damn good tho.
Never played them either so new experience for me also, game does look solid from the screenshots.

FYI Ultra SF IV had an update, fixed a lot of the issues in the notes. I will have to play this evening to see how good the patch was.

Good looks on those Ratchet & Clank info & vids ddouble.

I have been contemplating on getting the Wii U for a while now. That Mario Kart 8 be calling my name :smh:

Logitech confirms a new wheel for PS4

Custom_format_G29_FOB.jpg.jpg

Following several leaks, Logitech has confirmed the existence of the G29 steering wheel, the successor to its successful line of peripherals that took in the G25 and G27 - and it's also revealed the G920, the Xbox One equivalent that's launching in October this year.

The G29 is an evolution of the G27, and it'll be compatible with PS4, PS3 and PC. It'll feature dual-motor force feedback with anti-backlash helical gearing (I won't pretend to understand what the latter part means), a leather-wrapped rim complete with gear shift indicator LED lights and a stainless steel three pedal set-up.

The G29 starts shipping in July. Both units will cost £299.99 - a significant price point, but one that puts it in line with Thrustmaster's top-end console wheels. Like them, both the G29 and G920 will have a separate stick shifters should you want to go beyond the paddle shifts on the main unit.

Price is steep.

I can kind of understand that.  I'd love it if a good MMO actually released on consoles but I think the days of ground breaking MMO games are over unfortunately.  At the same time you at least gotta pick up the Witcher too.
