And for the record I'd much rather have backwards compatibility than the ability to play DVDs. That was one of the biggest reasons I got it, and why I love my fat ps3

Dont worry when the PS3 dropped.. achievements were a kiddie feature said the Sony stans... until trophies came... smh

I just preordered the DS4 bundle. A friend of mine told me I shouldn't since new systems always are glitchy. If the ps4 does come out with some rrod type of glitch, sony will fix/replace it for free right? I don't know how it usually works.

where do people get that from? was the NES glitchy? the sega genesis? the SNES? the ps1? the n64? the ps2? gamecube? xbox? wii? ps3?
no it was just the 360. you will be fine with a launch console. and if your not sell it on ebay for profit

I never said playing Nintendo games was kiddie, although Nintendo did shift most of their games towards a younger audience. All I said is Nintendo should include an achievement system, it's not that hard to do

no it was just the 360. you will be fine with a launch console. and if your not sell it on ebay for profit

They are completley different. It's like saying why have a motorcycle when you can have a car. But once again the Xbox is the odd man out IMO because it's got essentially the same games, worse exclusives than both systems and ps4 is the better powers system

How does which exclusives it has justify the price? The 360/ps3 is more powerful than the wiiu, yet they're selling it at $250.

Plus it's 3rd party support isn't as strong as the 360's or ps3's.

So the price tag in comparison to the 360/ps3 is hard to justify imo.

Regardless you should cop a squaretrade warranty. go to squaretrade.com for more info. Cop it after you have your ps4 in your hands.

Sony will fix it since I'm assuming it will come with a 1 year warranty.

Like your friend said, you're pretty much taking a gamble with a launch system.

Again walmart ships their preorders on 11/15 just like everyone else.
As I already stated above, walmart is out of preorders, so of course they'd ship by that date.
Amazon did the same thing.

No you cant, like you didnt see the part about me SAYING I missed out. That bundle was AVAILABLE yesterday to pre order and it STILL said 12/31. If it shipped on rel date Id of bought and sold the controller. As I said before and you cant understand, dont like bundles to begin with and especially if its not shipping out asap.

I only read what you said to me, since you quoted me. The bundle was available on 8/24. Obviously it would ship by 12/31 since people have already got their preorders in. Amazon, GS, and the like did the same thing.

The bundle was shipping out asap, you just missed the prime time to preorder.

That's your fault.

You should just preorder one that ships when it's available, so you're not so worried about getting one on RD.
