I have had a PS4 preordered since June, only put 25 down. Someone convince why or why not I should get it. I'm still on the fence.

I was super stoked for it. And put off buying NBA 2k for the first time ever waiting for the PS4. But it seems like lately I hardly ever have time for games. I guess I will wait to see the demos in the stores before I make up my mind.

Definitely picking up killzone.. Ghosts and cod altogether is ehhh.. Lag switching and ddos'ing just to be a higher ranked master...
And that plasma looks promising.. Would wall mount it but would lose a dual monitor set up and elgato capturing.. First world problems..

I've never owned a KZ game.. and it was never on my radar of games to buy.
But the more I see footage.. the more it looks like I have to buy it. If not at launch then sometime.
I think I'm still gonna get BF4 first and 2K.. but if KZ keeps looking good I might have to buy KZ shortly after release

If you're a COD fan, you'll probably not like KZ's gameplay.
It's slower and the controls aren't as solid as COD's.

I just saw 2K in motion on GameSpot. Ehh. I'm going to hold off. That last trailer made it look a lot better. The recent ball handling videos released by EA look really good, but everything else about Live looks like junk. They should of had the Fight Night guys make a new boxing game for the next gen launch.

I say just wait until gameplay vids (more than 2 mins) are up for both games. Live hasn't really even shown gameplay yet. The 2K gameplay is short and maybe doesn't convey the game well. Hold off until full gameplay vids are up to decide if you really dont want to get either. Both will have their strengths though

Tbh gameplay looked a lot similar to CG. That could be good or bad depending on how you see it. What I wanted to see was improved AI and the commentator said some of the same gripes were happening. We know the game would be visually appealing and fluid but I think everyone just wants a game that plays smarter/better than whats already out there. Now can we see that it does or doesn't from a 2 min vid? Probably not....but that's all we have to go off for now. I'm waiting until longer gameplay is shown to judge but I'm getting it regardless because I skipped current gen 2K for it
