It's called Gaikai. You will be able to play ps1, ps2 & ps3 games.

Titanfall 2 for the Xbone/PS4/PC will be out before that.

I've been saying this for a while though, not to sure why Sony stans kept hope alive for this title. Almost like it was a lock to come to the PS4. Competition is healthy, I bet Sony has something up their sleeve to counter.

At E3 2013, Microsoft and Capcom announced that “Dead Rising 3” would be coming to Xbox One as an exclusive release. As such, many “Dead Rising” fans are now wondering if there is any chance that “Dead Rising 3” may see release on PS4 in the future. On June 12, Capcom gave an answer to those wondering about “Dead Rising 3” PS4 and it does not sound too promising.

Talking with Videogamer.com, Capcom confessed that while the title was in development on high-end PCs, there was never a point in which “Dead Rising 3” was in development for PS4.

The company further revealed that without Microsoft’s help, “Dead Rising 3” may not have been released.

Alan Jarvie, art director of “Dead Rising 3,” told Videogamer.com that the “Xbox One allows “Dead Rising 3” to exist.”

“Dead Rising 3” will be published by Microsoft and launch with Xbox One this Nov. Expect to hear more on “Dead Rising 3” in the coming months.

It's all about the wording they use. They didn't mention this in E3.
