The funny thing is I know plenty of people at Microsoft who will admit to their corporate shortcomings and not be as hostile or combative as Rusty is
. From Producers to BDMs to PR and Programmers it's really not been their culture to be so "fanboyish" with regards to their competitors or their competitors first party dev teams. Maybe Rusty is a Community or Marketing dude.
If that's the case it makes total sense.

I honestly don't work for MS, I was joking with the "abort" thing. I was kinda referring to joke started in the E3 thread
To be totally honest I did work on contract for them a couple years ago.
I lied/never wanted to bring it up because dudes would not taken me seriously. But since my fanboyism is sorta a running joke now, I don't care anymore.
But it had nothing to do with gaming, it was in MD, I had to sign/and is still under a NDA, and I worked from home most days. I'm a Statistician/Data Scientist by trade, so nothing to do with marketing.
-I ride for MS by my own free will. I don't own any Apple products. True story: One time the girl I was dating asked me for an Iphone Touch for her B-day. Got that ***** a Zune instead
, and tried to explain to her why it was better. She was not pleased or amused in the slightest. You could hear the moisture on the yambs evaporating 
. I didn't care, I got her a superior product. That how hard I ride for them.

I try and look at everything the same. While I may like MS more, I dont bash Sony because of it. I cant help that I happen to like the Kinect. So suck it
I would never tell somebody to not buy a system that they were looking at. I even recommended the ps4 for my brother since all he really buys is COD/madden/nba2k, and doesnt use online

What can I say, hes cheap. He refused to buy the xbox wifi adapter like 7 years ago, and I know he has no desire to pay for ps+ or live
