I'm still undecided on which system to get. I love the Xbox Live experience of 360, but I heard PS4 will have a similar experience. Anyone have proof of that? The games for PS4 look

just read up on both...they both will have paid subscriptions at the same price I think but I believe PS4 offers more free games with PS+ than xbox live does, don't quote me on it thoI'm still undecided on which system to get. I don't think it's as simple as that. The recording of gameplay on the PS4 requires an extra chip so it won't use up resources from games. I don't fully know how the tech works but I doubt it's that simple

Both systems surpass the current experience of live by far.They bring a lot of new things to the table but we won't really know it all fully until they start shipping. I don't even think they're done showing off all what the PS4 can do since they're saving some stuff for Gamescom.
I'll go for the PS4 though since it has a lot of advantages over the XBone as things stand.
PS+ is $10 cheaper and only the PS4 id confirmed to offer free games like you get now on PS3 and Vita. The XBone isn't getting free games, that's just for the 360 and that only runs till november

It really is no big deal because if you live stream on Twitch TV it archives the whole stream. So an hour long walkthrough can be archived to Twitch and then from the website it can be uploaded to Youtube, Facebook. I think PS4's Ustream is similar.
5 and 15 minutes are both too short for walkthroughs, COD sessions, Tournaments, etc.
This is just time thats recorded without actually broadcasting.

@Grandpuba.. call all the gamestops around your area.. otherwise just pre-order off Amazon and use that 150 to buy games

Not really. This year alone the PS3 has had a bunch of exclusives that weren't for 360 like Sly Cooper 4, God of War: Ascension, MLB: The Show, Ni No Kuni, and The Last of Us, with more exclusives still coming later in the year like Puppeteer, Gran Turismo 6, Beyond: Two Souls, and a new Ratchet & Clank.
Sony has a lot of development studios all over the world that make exclusive games for them. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the Xbox One's third party exclusives ended up on the PS4 like the 360 ones ended up on PS3. Like if a year from now, EA and Capcom released Titanfall and Dead Rising 3 on the PS4.

No, why would I? If i really wanted to record gameplay i would live stream so my bro can see it live or later on.
The question is if something funny or epic were to suddenly happens during FIFA (what i usually play) when i'm not streaming, why would i need 5 or 15 minutes?

I don't care about broadcasting games, but I like being able to go back in the last 15 minutes of gameplay (which is a lot) to edit a clip to save or put online.
There's been so many times over the years where I've done impossible things in games that I wish I could of saved. Stuff that no one would believe without visual evidence. Just got a triple headshot? Upload that.

Does Twitch charge for all that space? I'm wondering if xbox users will be restricted to a certain amount and have to extra for more?
I wish PS4 would've been Twitch over USTREAM. The site is simple and clean. The idea of walkthroughs from your console sounds dope. You can turn it to a legit side hustle in you get enough subscribers. And that Twitch app is money.

I love the idea of streaming games. Think about the amount of sports game tournaments that has happen over the years. Now you can scout opponents, prevent cheated cause they know they being watched, etc.
There are downsides because people might be sideline coaching or even use that "let me log into your game and beat this for you" feature.

There is no question Twitch > Ustream.. used to watch streamers back when and never really like Ustream and was on Twitch a lot.. haven't been on either site in a long while though

Twitch is definitely > Ustream, but Microsoft probably locked a deal with them first. Even though Sony announced that they were going to do streaming and broadcasting first, Microsoft probably already had a deal with Twitch. Ustream is better for all entertainment, but Twitch is better for games because it's meant purely for games.
