I said this a couple years ago but it still makes me chuckle when I think about how some of you guys would say Xbox achievements were dumb. Now the same people are buying games literally just to get more trophies

I can't stand this trophy ********. I wish there were an option to turn it out (is there?

) I probably have a total of 20 trophies and I damn sure don't have any gold or platinum or whatever the best trophy is

I'm hoping for a buy 2 get 1 free promo from a retailer so I can get 2k, fifa and wwe.

Not initially. The first wave of games didnt. It was added to some and made a standard for all the games after some time.

I def dont have any plats. Only golds I have are the ones from completing the game. Prob on the hardest setting

I'm not a fan of achievements that make you replay an entire game for a measly trophy. I like trophies that are fun to get or that you weren't consciously trying to get.

Back when cod4 was that game, I remember shooting all those tvs with the bad guy's face on it.

I did just cause, then I got an achievement.

I'd like to see more of those rather than, "replay entire the game with a different character" type achievements.

Mad late but I def agree. That's a huge part of the reason why I dont even bother with them.

If the notification pops up, im like 'thats pretty cool'

But some of the stuff they want you to do....I dunno. I play these games to relax and have fun. Some of those trophies look wild stressful

I really want to play D4 but waiting a few months for the PC version won't be too bad. I don't get why they released a obscure Japanese game on an American system whose demographic is dudebros who play FPS and Sports games. Respect the hell out of Swery but he really fumbled this out the gate and deserves this dismal sales. 

I'm also really looking forward to The Evil Within as I'm a huge Mikami fan but I'm not sure if it'll be worth a rental or a buy yet.

More like a PS4 owner asked the xbone thread if he should buy one for TF. I, having played the beta on PC, said no he shouldn't for several reasons. I get flamed, Rusty tries to make a bet to have me banned from the thread.

Then several months ppl in the xbone thread were talking about how lackluster TF ended up being, so I just had to serve a little crow.

I'm enjoying titanfall. It's not a system seller like Forza Horizon 2 is, but I think it's the best mp-only shooter out right now.

I still need to crack open my copy of Destiny to determine if that's still the case.

fh2 made me cop an xb1 much earlier than expected, system seller indeed.

Are on both the xbox and PS4 and GTA isn't really a system seller since everyone already played it on last gen. No one is gonna drop $400+ on a new system plus $65 for the game when they can just play it on the system they already have with the disc they bought last year

You can't play the PS4 version of GTA V on PS3. You might be done with it, but there are GTA fanatics who will definitely upgrade. And others who waited to see if R* would release it on next gen consoles before buying it on the old systems.

Tlou doesn't count since it's not a console exclusive anymore. It was when it released last year.
