yeah if you get killed before you can retrieve them they're gone for good

This is the battle system FF 15 should of used and taken after. Best battle system in a Final Fantasy game, in my opinion.

my friend had this same issue with his Destiny PS4. I did that screw tightening trick and it's worked fine since.. hope that helps.
