ive tried P4G twice and it's just sooooo slow. I want to like because I want to like P5 but man I can't think any JRPGS that has a slower start.

One of the reasons why FF7 blew me away was its start. Even at the beginning, you hop off the train and you go straight into battle. Persona took 2 hours before the first battle lol.

Also what is this Sony experience? I'm gonna just watch it on stream or something not paying to sit in a theater to watch news on upcoming games

Persona is definitely a different RPG experience. I was turned off early on but once you get into the combat its becomes a great game.

i can't imagine any way the last guardan lives up to the hype. This is detox and half life 3 status. But i don't care. I want it.

Give me a ******* dark cloud 3 game too. i want to play the 2nd one and it isn't on PSN.

Imagine if we get a portable ps2. I wouldn't buy **** new lol. Probably why they wouldnt do it

On line play, is it worth the 49 for 12 months?

What games do you guys recommend? Im into sports, shooting and fighting games.

Mortal Kombat X, is that suitable for kids ages 9 and 12? My younger son wants it but I dont know.

PS3 games, we really cant play them on the PS4? I came from XBOX 360 Elite and I could play older games on it. So it shocked me to hear I couldnt play PS3 games.

Sorry for all the rookie questions, I thought I was done with gaming but my kids are just beginning.

Online is definitely worth it. Even though PS+ free games aren't usually good, they're still free games. 

Fifa and The Show are great sports games. Not too many good shooters out yet and MK X probably the best fighting game.

MK X is definitely not suitable for kids lol

They have a service called PS now which lets you stream some ps3 games. I believe they have a subscription plan now too.

i beg to differ on the "PS+ games arent usually good".

the whole not being able to play older games thing, PS3 had BC like the Elite. neither system offers that now so you wouldnt be able to do it on the XBONE either.

like he said above, they do have PSNow which is basically a subscription service, if you want to play older games.

yea they arent for everyone, but like you said theyre free so might as well try them out. id of never played either of those games if they werent on PS+.
Stick It To The Man and Dust were really good games, Guacamelee i havent played yet but i downloaded it anyway because of the reviews its gotten on here.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade adds Squall Leonhart, Bartz Klauser



Square Enix confirmed Final Fantasy VIII protagonist Squall Leonhart and Final Fantasy V protagonist Bartz Klauser as playable characters in the upcoming arcade version of Dissidia Final Fantasy during a live stream this morning.

In-development versions of the characters were shown. Twitter user Coppola012 captured some footage from Squall and Bartz’ demonstrations.

We’ll update this post with the full live stream when/if it becomes available.

Dissidia Final Fantasy is due out in Japanese arcades this fall.
