Am I the only one who doesn't like special edition consoles? I want the standard console...feel like special editions date the console even more.

And Fallout 4 would be an Xbox bundle not a ps4

You can check how much distance you've drove with a set of wheels. Mine popped at around 80KM on a set of wheels.

Is this even when you play online? All my wheels say "0"

If none of your wheels have any mileage on it then you have a serious problem.

You have to use one set of wheels and never change them. Yea it tracks now when you play online.
