The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Thoughts on Seige?

It took me about 20mins to get into my first game, and when I finally started to play, I really had NO idea what I was doing. Everybody else was talking real military like and ****, lol. The guy just told me,

"raadius just watch the stairs bro, don't shoot unless you see something"

That's all I did was watch the stairs

Dude I haven't got my code yet... can you help?

I'm good at watching stairs... i'll hit you up when I got a code.

99 percent of the time i would say go with memory. But that COD system is one of the most butt ugly things i have ever seen. I couldn't have it in my apt.

Plus the star wars one is actually nice.

I'm personally attempting to wait for a ps4 slim 1TB

If you plan on buying a lot of games in the future, you'll most likely want to buy a 2TB HDD. I'd go with the Star Wars bundle, that BLOPS3 on sole is gross looking.

@CenTex HOGG
you liked the R6 campaigns? they were pretty forgettable to me so i can do with them

Siege will probably be my favorite shooter to release this year i love the beta and terrorist hunt is fun as hell. i was playing on Realistic difficulty and i was on the training base map, walking through the rooms as the last dude alive and saw the AI putting c4 on the ceilings as a trap for me when i would go through the rooms. it was too intense bruhs those AI are ruthless
nostaligia. Me and my brother used to play co-op campaigns together

waiting for skate 4

He's been playing DCUO for about 4 years now. He loves squading up and doing raids, collecting gear etc.

We've always been fans of FF franchise so when that release it was easy for him to jump on FF XIV, especially since his DCUO league was playing that too. FF X is his favorite FF game/PS2 game so playing it for the first time in about 10 years was enough to make him take a break from MMOs.
Didn't realize dcu was that old. No wonder the character animations felt off.

I see. He has to be very interested in the game before diving into it?
Hey guys. I'm having a dilemma and would just like to get y'all 2 cents about my life choice lol.

I don't have a PS4 yet, but when I found out that a Star Wars edition was coming out, I preordered that joint ASAP! The way the system and the controller looks had me sold off bucks, plus I've been looking forward to battlefront. The other 4 downloadable games, I don't care for.

A few weeks later, I find out COD is having a special edition made for the same price but 1TB as oppose to the 500gb Star Wars edition.

Now look wise, i prefer the Star Wars, but I know I'm not gon be looking at the system once I open and pop a disc in. I'm gon be getting both games either way, so basically the same amount of money would be spent, but I'm just sitting here arguing with myself that I made the right decision. Yes I know it's not that serious lol.

So my question to y'all is, would y'all choose looks over memory? Am I even gon need that much memory in the first place? And have any of you guys filled up your 500gb ps4 already?
After 2 years, do you want to be reminded of star wars or an old game that you don't play anymore?

I'm at 900gbs on my ps4, but I installed a 2tb.

You'll need a 1tb, imo.

IMO, cop the star wars bundle.

Install a 1-2tb drive once your 500gb is full.

Oh okay. I can't front I used to play it too but on realistic just to make it more intense

Any of you guys gonna be on the R6 beta today? I may be down to run a few games if the beta is willing lol

Honestly with so many other titles coming out I needed R6 to be damn near perfect for me to cop. Once I move into my new spot I'll be on Gears regularly. I'm only at 27% on MGS V. Uncharted Collection and Tales of Zestiria next month, Fallout 4 in November and Xenoblade Chronicles X in December. I still want Super Mario Maker and Forza 6 as well. From what I experienced with the beta, R6 would barely get played. I will say this, teamwork is a must in that game. Communication is key.

If you had a legit squad the game would be really fun but I can see people getting washed insanely quick if they're not a pre-made.

IDK why I'm fiending to play MVC2 all of a sudden. Disney owns the license now, is that why the game is not able to purchased in the PS3 store?

yeah it's not a bad game but I just think I have too much on my plate, MGS V is very addicting.

The hard drive is easy to upgrade. Get the Star Wars console and a 1 or 2 TB hard drive along with it.
If you can, don't bother fill up the 500GB hard drive first as swapping it for a bigger hard drive will be a hassle after filling it up with games and apps.

I finished the order 1886 game was ehhhhhhhh not looking forward to a sequel. Just started Batman AK really good game I like it. Gamefly sent out Godzilla off my list so I decided to read reviews on it and mannnnnn I wanna send that sh it back before I even get it lol smh

Even though it takes awhile to find matches, the game is fun. Pretty much search and destroy on steroids. Will be better playing with the right squad.
