They should try switching out the hdmi cable. Does the PS4 have rca plugs? If so I would try hooking it up that way, just to rule out or narrow it down.

Amazon you amaze me. Just checked my order and had a delivery date of 11/22-11/23 and I was upset since it was the LAUNCH EDITION and was told I'd get it by launch date when I initially ordered it. Turned out only 1 and 2 day shipping customers only would get it on LAUNCH day but after a bit of chatting with the rep they bumped me up to 1 Day expedited shipping so I will be getting on 11/15 now. Paid under retail as well. :smokin

I had the Astro A50 and man oh man that headset was wonderful. However, that got stolen when my house was broken into.

I thought the PS4 wouldnt support neither that nor the older Turtle Beach headsets
