So I made a deal with my brother, and did his 10 page essay on martin luther king jr, in exchange for rights to the amazon preorder ps4.
can't wait till next friday.

Just got the call from GS. They are holding the systems for 24 hours(atleast at my location). I will be up there Thursday at midnight to pick mine up 
They also said they are having a console trade in sale where you can trade in any old console or handheld and get 90% trade in credits. Too bad my ps3 ylod

Can someone clarify the 90%?
I was planning on holding on to my console and selling to my coworker for $150 but if GS is a better value I want to take advantage of it.

Gamestop promotions are bogus. Sure they give you 90%, but they lower the starting value of the system to begin with.

Just came back from my local Target and their deal really is going to suck and be a hassle for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal
The manager of the electronics department at this store knew the sale was going on, and knew that some games are releasing on next Tuesday and some on Next Friday, but didn't know specifically which games they would be able to sell on those days
I told him "Hey gamestop is already selling "Killzone: Shadow Fall, Knack, and NBA 2K14, so there really is no street date for games". Dude's response was "Well I don't know which games we have received stock on and if Sony only gave Gamestop permission to sell them early, also we sometime tend to get games late at this Target store".

Just got back from Gamestop. They had a PS4 demo unit up. Had a playable demo for Knack (it's OK, wouldn't pay more than 20 dollars for it personally) and some other game videos/trailers. Also had a One demo unit, w/o controllers. Girl who worked their said that Microsoft was sending out someone next week to get it playable
