The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Man sony ain't playing no games in that apartment lol...that was a nice apt too.. Looks like a worthwhile lick... I wonder how all those ppl got access..

I can barely notice a difference between 720p/1080p.

Seriously?? Go watch a movie on cable 720p and then watch a movie on blu ray 1080p. Even sports on 1080i look better than sports on 720p.

It's amazing how HD came out so long ago and yet TV broadcaster still can't broadcast on 1080p. Monday Night Football looks like sht on ESPN compared to Sunday Night Football on NBC. NBC is run on 1080i and ESPN is at 720p. Record the games and you'll see

1080p > 1080i > 720p

That's a nice apartment. Just the type of atmosphere you would like when checking out the new games.

Can't wait to get one of those TV's too.

Not bad I'll probably buy one.. Got a spot directly next to my tv on the stand in my room

I copied the tweet and posted it about 3:15EST. But the news was basically about some TurtleBeach PX4 headset.

I mean, it was a Turtle Beach announcement, there wasn't much else it could be besides a new headset

I've had two Turtle Beach headsets and they both eventually broke down. I had to use a pair of headphones instead of a headset to get the surround. I would use a Bluetooth mic and the sound from my TV when I was playing with friends.

I'm not even an audiophile, but I swear I could easily hear a difference and the headphones had much clearer sound. I could hear sounds I didn't know were in the games. The Turtle Beach ones were always OD on bass. I'm not going to get anymore Turtle Beach headsets. Doing some research on alternatives. I saw that Sennheiser has gaming headsets. I wonder if I can get them to work on the PS4.

The difference isn't that great to me.
