It would help if you could show us when Sony mislead. You just confused SCEJ with SCEA. They showed two different experiences for two different markets. If you wanna throw a hissy fit if/when remote play doesn't work like that in Japan go ahead.

i actually have a vita. all im gonna say to you is try out the nvidia shield, the concept is the same but with a pc instead of a ps4. if the moneys not a problem and you want to game on the go its probably the best alternative. mobile gaming is in a weird place right now, a lot of companies dont want to invest in a small market.

Really thinking about canceling my Amazon preorder and trying my luck in these streets. I really don't want BF4 or the year of PS plus anymore since I saw that Target deal .

He's been a PS3/4 thread regular alot longer than you, though, bra bra. Can't blame him for being frustrated. He and a few others have tried explaining why this issue is really something most people using common sense and a minor grasp of how a home network works had deduced. You counter with either "Sony's Fault" or "fanboy" rather than admitting this is something you should have prophesied.

The ignore features works. I didnt prophesies anything I went off went Sony showed and ive already said I was done with the topic. And when I asked who he was it wasnt to test his "OG PS3" status. It was strictly in relation to why he felt the need to comment on everything I post. Like do I know you.. who are you? And unless he was around in 06 under a different name what you said is inaccurate anyway.

Sony released a massive FAQ on the PlayStation Blog detailing the PS4’s capabilities and limitations. We plucked out the most important details so you don’t have to.
PlayStation fans have long wished for a way to change their PSN ID names. Unfortunately, they’ll have to keep waiting. Hopefully the fact that your friends list can now accommodate 2000 people is a nice consolation prize.
You can record, stream, or share any game you want, but certain sections may be off limits. “Developers can select the area of restriction, and what will be restricted depending on game titles,” reads the PlayStation Blog. “In these cases, recording will be temporarily suspended during the scene.”
On a similar note, you won’t be able to add voice overs to a shared video clip. You can, however, talk in real time as you’re streaming. At launch, PS4 users also won’t be able to upload game videos to YouTube. Also, the Share button will upload gameplay videos to a Facebook account, or it will let you stream gameplay to Ustream or Twitch.
Taking a page from the Wii’s playbook, the PS4 will not play CDs. It also won’t support MP3 playback, nor will it include a music visualizer. These decisions – apart from the loss of a music visualizer, which is a tragedy – can be traced back to Sony’s pushing of its cloud-based music service, Music Unlimited.
Remote Play won’t work over 3G. To stream PS4 gameplay to your Vita, you’ll need a WiFi connection. Sony "strongly recommends that Remote Play be used within the same WiFi network where PS4 is connected."
DualShock 3 controllers will not work with the PS4, nor will PS3 Blu-ray remotes. Your Move controllers will still function with the PS4, but only in games that are built for the new system. PS3 Bluetooth headsets will also not work with the PS4.
The light bar on the DualShock 4 cannot be turned off. According to PlayStation, “The light bar also serves as an indication of whether the DualShock 4 controller is turned on. Across different games, the color and brightness of the light bar on the DualShock 4 controller can be adjusted by game developers, but it cannot be completely switched off.”

it bugs me a little that i can't stream music and videos, but it's not a deal breaker.. as of right now i play music, watch videos, and play games all through my 360.. i like it cause it's really convenient
