Oh ok. I thought it was like a halo type game with robots and aliens. I might give it a try. I'm gonna be overwhelmed with games. So many I wanna play. So little time. :lol:
 
Resistance 2 is the best in the series by far. Insomniac hit their stride with this one. They clearly lost their inspiration with 3 and just put something together because Sony asked them to.
 
I like the Killzone footage. But BF4 is copped day 1 and two FPS ain't ain't gonna do me any good. 

Might cop Live.. yeah, Live. Still awaiting footage doe. If not I'm skipping bball this year

Yeah I liked resistance 1 and 2 but I could never get into the MP for resistance 2. It was alright just needed some tinkering especially with leveling up for me it took forever. And in killzone the helghasts wear the masks because their planet suffers from pollution I believe so its just needed for them to properly breath I think

GameStop feels the next-gen console launch this holiday season will be “the largest console launch in history.” These words were uttered by GameStop CEO Paul Raines during the company’s Q2 2013 call to investors today. Bartel also said the retailer’s launch allocations for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were “much stronger” than for PS3 and Xbox 360, with the retail chain increasing the supply chain capacity by 60% to ready itself for launch. On the call president Tony Bartel also said that PS4 seemed to be the most popular system with its PowerUp Rewards program members, as firm has 1.5 million members on its PS4 first-to-know list and 700,000 on the Xbox One list.

I feel the same way, even if they are humans or whatever I'm not big into the whole laser shooting stuff n all that galactical stuff.
 
Sony trademarks "Play On Gaming Rewarded"

Trademark application from PlayStation maker covers advertising and promotional services.
Sony has filed a trademark application for "Play On Gaming Rewarded."


The trademark application, filed August 19 with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), covers "advertising, promotion, and marketing services," among other things.

Along with the trademark, Sony submitted a logo (at right), which shows the "Play On Gaming Rewarded" phrase.

A Sony representative was not immediately available to comment.

They started out the gate slow with all those policy restrictions and had to play catch up. They've done a pretty good job imo closing the gap. I'm wondering why they havent released a date yet.
 
Sony: PS4 release date was always going to be November


Before Sony announced that the PlayStation 4 would be releasing on November 15th in the US and Canada and November 29th in numerous other countries, rumors were flying around that it could come out as early as October.

As it turns out, the PS4′s release date “was always going to be November,” says Fergal Gara, VP & Managing Director at SCE UK and Ireland, in an interview with VideoGamer. “Yesterday there were some rumors of October, but rumors are rumors. I’ve never heard October mooted internally. So we’re just delighted we’re locked on for November.”

With this date, Fergal adds that it will “satisfy a whole lot of Christmas wishes,” and on the topic of possibly not having enough PS4 stock at launch to fill demand, he added, “There’s nothing sinister or overly clever about it, and it certainly isn’t a PR stunt. It’s a real high demand situation and helping retail to manage that responsibly.”
