If you have amazon prime and amazon told you that you're getting a launch edition console, your ps4 will be at your doorstep on the 15th.
Amazon may ship even later than the 15th if amazon didn't email you to say that you're getting a launch day console.

Killzone is one of Playstations most renown exclusives. Something like a "flagship" exclusive if you will. While Dead Rising is okay, Forza is a racing game, and Ryse is a brand new series.
You really think Killzone preorders would be above something like Halo 5 had it been a launch title for Xbox?

They did though. NT lives in some what of a bubble....to win the console wars it means to me you sold the most consoles....which the Wii did...so to me they won. I don't know the numbers for most profit from consoles....but maybe thats different? But i like the wii thought it was a good cheap party console.

. I thought killzone has always been sub par honestly compared to call of duty...might be personal preference...but i really enjoyed all of the halo games.

I'm just sick of FPS, probably because I put a lot of hours into them over the past few years.
The only FPS I actually had fun playing recently was Borderlands 2.
As far as games I like..
Mass Effect 2, 3 (Still never played 1
)
BioShock 1, Infinite
Persona 4 Golden
Red Dead Redemption
Catherine
The Last of Us
Vanquish
Stuff like that.
I am somewhat interested in Destiny, though, as far as FPS goes.

^^^^^^ You have to play #1. Not as good as Mass Effect 2 but it's still one of the best RPG's I've ever played.

I'm getting a ps4 on launch I'm just unsure if what games to get. I'll probably still be playing my ps3 until some better games release. What do you guys recommend I do?

I'm big on Mass Effect myself but I could never get into 1 tho. When I played 2 I fell in love with the game partly due to the controls and characters. I'm playing 3 right now because I haven't beaten any of the DLC yet
i love Killzone but I agree that it has always been subpar compared to other FPS games but I never really disliked the series. Shadow Fall look like a step up from from 3 so I'm excited to see how it turns out

Does anyone know if the pulse headset will work with the ps4? I'm thinking of copping the gta v edition, but I don't want to drop $100 on a headset, just to have to buy another in 2 months

It should if its Bluetooth. I think xbox was the only one that initially was not going to let you use current gen headsets. Do you currently have the Pulse? If so, how is the bass quality compared to beats by dre solos?

The current gen consoles haven't stopped selling you know.. Wii once had a 40 million sales lead over the other two and it's now down to less 20 million and shrinking. 360 has passed it here in the UK and will probably do the same in the US.
PS2 sold 55 million after PS3 came out and once the PS3 hits that sweet price point, the developing markets will lap it up. It's a marathon not a sprint.

Can't wait to play the PS4. Got fifa pre-ordered and kindgomdhearts III, but that game probably won't be out until next year or the year after
