hmmm I'm thinkin bout tryin it cause a lot of people had success on slick deals but I don't really wanna waste a trip if it won't work.

He's probably referring to BC through Gaikai. I don't think there's going to be universal BC, but games will be supported periodically. They'll probably add the games for the people who missed out on the PS3 this generation, like God of War 3 and Ascension, Killzone 2-3, Ratchet & Clank Future series, Uncharted series, Metal Gear Solid 4, Infamous series, The Last of Us, etc.

Sony Reaches Preliminary Programming Deal With Viacom for Online Pay TV Service
Sony Corp. has reached a preliminary agreement with Viacom Inc. to carry the media company's cable channels on its planned Internet-based TV service, a person familiar with the matter said, a significant boost for the Japanese company as it races to secure content rights against technology firms vying to offer similar services.

Sony plans to stream traditional cable channels, as well as on-demand content, over the Internet, posing new competition for cable, satellite and phone companies which have long sold subscription TV services.

Sony must still finalize details of its preliminary deal with Viacom, the person says. Sony also has had discussions with major programmers including Walt Disney Co. Time Warner Inc. CBS Corp., people familiar with the situation say. The status of those talks isn't clear.

A person familiar with the matter said Sony is hoping to launch its online pay TV service by the end of the year. Initially, at least, the service is expected to be available via Sony's PlayStation gaming console - a new edition of which could be released soon - as well as "Bravia" high-definition TVs, but later will also work on other Sony devices including tablets and smartphones, the person said.

People who have seen demonstrations of Sony's system say it has some features that are appealing in comparison to traditional pay-TV distributors, including one that recommends shows for users based on what they've previously watched. Content providers are allowed to supply some of those recommendations, so they can steer users to other episodes on their channels, according to the people familiar with the matter. Sony provides other content suggestions for viewers based on an algorithm.

Update on reserves. GameStop stopped on Friday. However they should be doing it again soon. I'm guessing they are already aware of the time periods but just can't say anything. But there are time periods when they are told to do it, they aren't "sold out".

They trying to word of Warcraft dudes with this game. People gonna lose jobs, kids gonna drop outta college, relationships ruined. Smh. On a side note, rockstar is really making dudes keep there old systems. I wish this coulda been on next gen.
 
So many good lookin games comin out. I'm glad that I'm out of that have to have it on RD phase. Willin to wait to get a copy for the low

Looks like a better dead island. Not interested, we need a free flowing zombie game it already looks stiff when you hit them like dead island. The only thing they have going for them is the running.... And most of the hits look like they didn't even make contact I know it's early on and I'm judging way too hard.
 
From Dead Island's first trailer, game was looking to be an all time great.  The gameplay however was... underwhelming

My PS3 stopped reading discs. How much will it be to repair if I send it to SONY?

When my OG Fat 60gb got YLOD they sent me this one, I don't have a warranty. It has been a little over a year since they sent me this one.

If it's more than $150 I guess I will just wait it out till the PS4.
