The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Preordered mine at gamestop. The store clerk called somebody to see how many were left to be preordered. The guy told him eleven were left. Clerk said i'm getting mine on release day. :smokin

Amazon emailed me last night, changed my standard edition order to launch instead. All I had to do was change my shipping to 2 day which was like 8 bucks more. No sweat, I'm good :nthat:

I heard its gonna be a vast library and its gonna have alot of the highest rated games of alll time

They said they will have a majority of ps3 games over any other sony consoles

Yoo. If they can bring Parappa the Rapper, twisted metal, tekken 2, gex the gecko, crash bandicoot, syphon filter and all those games from that generation that I missed out on when I went N64. I'll be all over gakai.

So I ended up buying a PS3. I got the Uncharted 3 GOY edition. Do you guys recommend I play the first 2?

Trading in my PS3 for the PS4.

For those who traded in as well: Did you guys format your PS3 before trading in?

Uncharted 2 > Uncharted 3.  Which is saying a lot because uncharted 3 is still a great game.

Uncharted 1 is good and worth a playthrough if you want to see where the story started. But it's nowhere close to the same caliber as 2 and 3.

I definitely recommend you play them all in order, starting with one. It's a hell of a franchise and somewhat connected, with the character growth and whatnot. Plus it's really just a great cast, playing them in order allows you to get immersed in the characters and the stories.
