The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

i have and its weird as hell lol but haven't got to far in it yet probably like 3-4 levels in

you noticed the rooms generate randomly, right?

the higher you play, it unlocks more levels to beat it, i think i have like 7 levels to beat it.

i've unlocked all the characters except judas.......

azrael is BEAST

it's really an amazing game....the super meatboy dudes made it.

I read that the second Destiny will drop in September. Is there enough content in the dark below to keep Destiny players occupied until then? I thought the second DLC would drop 1Q 2015.

Second dlc is supposedly dropping March 10, bigger expansion pack (comet) drops September. Fourth comes around March 2016, fifth comes fall 2016, then bungie contractually owes activision another game sometime between 2016 and 2017

ok so Comet is actually the 3rd DLC? Makes sense.

DLCs are small. Like 1 extra raid along with a few story missions, weapons, and 1-2 strikes. The Comet is a huge expansion pack with a new area, 4-6 strikes (from what it seems), 10+ story missions, etc...

I'm basing this off this info.

The 3rd dlc is supposed to be a lot bigger then 1 and 2. And if I understand correctly comet is actually the game of the year edition with the first second and third dlc's; both come out in September.

Edit: Big beat me to it

I'm not even going to quote you because you don't deserve the attention.

But go take your ps4 back to wherever you bought it and cop a xbone instead my dude. I think I can speak for everyone in here including Jose that we're sick of seeing your needy *** posts. Delete you're Twitter and any other social media you have and go get some fresh air. It's clear you're still hurt over the fact you aired your own self out in here so why don't you go try your luck over in that other thread.

Bruh... Dude is STILL hitting me up on Twitter. Don't respond to him. He's like that kid where someone made one joke about him in high school and it haunts him all the way till the reunion. His panties are beyond bunched. Just leave him be. Let him drown his hurt feelings in drake and chamomile tea. The Internet is all he has

How did you go about beating TLOU:R on survivor? I need some tips because I would do it but there are some parts I can't see myself getting past at all
There's this bug I exploited where I can craft unlimited shivs. Joint makes Grounded Mode a breeze.

Plus another exploit where you can beat the game on Easy first, then trigger a New Game Plus playthrough on a harder difficulty only on your second time. (Instead of having to play Grounded twice right off the bat to chase that platinum.)

TLOUR was that first PS4 plat for me 'cause of deez bugs. Plat'ed TLOU on PS3 wit' dem same exploits.

Just found out that the ps4 has rail shooters.

^if you have a wii, better rail shooters are on that console. If you only have a ps4, blue estate is the only rail shooter right now.
I played the demo. It's the only game I've played that doesn't use the touch pad in a gimmicky way.

The motion controls are solid.

That not a bad price point.  It all depends on how well it works, I read there's a little lag with PSNow.

With Samsung supporting PSNow, i can see other TV brands following, this could be huge with integrated console gameplay included with the purchase of your new TV.

If they add PS2 and PS1 games I could see this being a huge game changer for Sony. This would definitely distinguish themselves all much more from Xbox. I don't doubt that MS will be not too far behind them in making some similar program, but Sony has an opportunity to really corner this market if they don't falter.

PlayStation Now Subscription Program: All The Details

View media item 1336757
You’ve been able to rent games through PlayStation Now for several months now, but many of you have asked –- what about a subscription? I’m pleased to announce that starting January 13th, we’ll launch a subscription service for PlayStation Now that will provide instant and unlimited access to a catalog of more than 100 PS3 games. And since you’re using PlayStation Now, you can enjoy the freedom to quickly discover and play a wide range of full games without downloads, installs, or patches (not to mention trips to the store). The subscription service will be available first on PS4 across North America, and will come to other PlayStation Now enabled devices in the future.
You’ll be able to choose from two subscription plans: one month for $19.99, or a three-month package for $44.99 (about $15 per month). The subscription provides access to a large and diverse catalog of PS3 games, ranging from action to RPG and everything in-between. Check out our launch trailer for a sneak peek.

We know that there are many PS4 owners who never owned a PS3 or had a chance to play some of the great games it offered, and this subscription provides an easy way to catch up on games you may have missed.
Want to try before you buy? Well, good news! We’ll also offer a free seven-day trial to the subscription program when it launches.
PlayStation Now subscription will have strong and growing support from our publishing partners, and at launch you’ll find great games in your catalog from the likes of SCE Worldwide Studios, Warner Brothers, SEGA, and many others, including indie developers. Here’s a look at some of the key titles:
PlayStation Now subscription (US)
There’s strong value with the subscription, as you’re getting access to over a hundred great games and lots of hours of game time. What’s more, we will be adding even more games over time, so you will always have something great to play.
Also, to celebrate the launch of the subscription service, a free PlayStation Now theme will be available for PS4 users in early January. If you download the theme before January 31, you’ll be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a one-year subscription to PlayStation Now. I hope you will give the new PlayStation Now subscription a try, and I look forward to hearing your continued feedback as we grow the service.

Too bad the ps now selection is pretty much garbage. Bring the uncharted series, KH2.5, MSG4. and ps classics and they'll be in serious business. As it stands is a bunch a bunch of ps3 games I didn't want to play then and still don't want to play now.

Well, it's not officially launched yet.
I have faith in it though. Looking at PS+, I wondered how they got so many publishers on board. I expect them to hop on this as well.

Judging from the attached blog pic. games that interest Me are:

- GoW
- Uncharted 1
- The Walking Dead
- Dead or Alive 5
- Batman Arkham City
- Dead Island
- Killzone 3
- Infamous
- Hot Shots Golf
- Resident Evil 5
- throw in a little Sonic and Crazy Taxi and I'm good for a hot minute.

I owned a PS3 since launch, but I barely played it because I was too busy drinking in college
