That PSN now service is dope but the price points...no discount for Ps+ if I was younger I def would cop but I can't enjoy all those games for the current price point I'll maybe play 1-2 games in 3 months.

I think I'll play uncharted series tho I never played them.

No way. I did too and the 30fps option was awful. I couldn't believe it. I mean, I can play 30fps games no problem, but flipping the switch like that in TLOU:R was incredibly jarring.


I'd rather Naughty Dog prioritize 60 fps. They've been so influential with the uncharted series that i believe they could be influential again with games prioritizing 60 fps.

Going from 60 to 30 for the same game is painful

I played Jak and Daxter; The precursor legacy on Vita and I swear this game ran at like 19 fps but I carried on playing it even though it made the game harder.

It wasn't until I watched a walkthrough of a part I was stuck at on the PS3 version that I saw how it was meant to run, at a nice 60 fps.

Yes there is online support for Street Fighter.

you still have a PS3? I wouldn't pay for PS Now just to play Uncharted, might as well just buy all 3 on ps3, probably be cheaper too.

Yea couple people on Neogaf played online matches of SF4. One guy did it on Vita as well.

I got 36/37 optional conversations on tloa. So heated. I used a walk through so I know I got all of them but one didn't register.

Sucks man.  I know that feel... missing 1 shard on the first Infamous game... still can't find it after several years and I used all the guides.  I comb the whole city... nada.

What I said here was that strictly(actual) 3ds games are being made for the 3ds. While on the vita as centex said you can expect ports and various jp games.

We're all aware that the ps vita has been wasted potential thus far. How you stated the way you use your ps vita supports my notion.

The next Youkai Watch on the 3DS will probably outsell all 39 games coming out on the Vita but it doesn't dismiss the fact that there are 39 games coming out on the system.

I don't care about sales. I care about good games.

As for the quality of the games, here's the full list. Do you know all of them to judge on their quality, especially before the game has released. Even if you remove the Visual Novels, there's still a lot of games.

The list you posted is basically saying that if you want the most out of your vita, move to japan.

Now the Wii-U which only has 2 games coming out this quarter in Japan, you can say no games are coming out for that. Even the discontinued PSP and both xboxes have more games coming out for the quarter.

I bought a wii u mainly for nintendo's offereings super smash bros.

What's wrong with japanese games or are you talking about the non localised ones?
The ports have more or less dried-up. it's mainly simultaneous releases with cross-play these days, something you will not see on Nintendo systems due to the difference in hardware.

It certainly hasn't been used to it's full potential, compared to the the PSP but I think Sony salvaged what they could from the situation.

I like my indie games which 99% are from western studios and I like my Japanese games too so for me, it's not just about Japan.

Question on The Last of Us...

So I started last night, made it about 30 minutes in -- I'm outside with the chick, my character Joel the main guy had to drop into some ditch to retrieve a board/plank and pass it up to the chick so she could cross. Then she tells me to come back up and get to the other side with her

How the hell do I get back up? I went around everywhere for 30 minutes looking for a place to jump, or something to shoot, with no luck. So I got upset and had to quit. Just wondering if anyone remembers that part

I think you have to go back to the previous room and up that way, if I remember correctly.

I was refering to the non-localized ones. Here in the u.s., the ps vita area are lackluster.

Nintendo just dipped their feet into the cross-play waters yesterday.

Like you said, ps vita in the usa can't be revived. I feel it need promotion and better reasons to cop it. If the vita tv starts to support more vita games and stable remote play, I'm more likely to purchase said product.

No they didn't. They announced cross-buy for a new title. Cross-play is something completely different.
