Can some1 help me out? mayb im missing something... tryn to get netflix to work but it jus says "Cannot start app, ps4 not connected to internet &cant verify license??????. im clearly connected to the internet

Play with the options on xmb. There is option that allows you to re-verify the licenses for your apps.

But is anyone already pushing it as far as hard drive space yet? Thinking of just rolling with a 1.5 TB drive when finally do get to start mine up.

Thanks, i jus went to settings and activated as my primary PS4 and then it worked... good lookin out tho!

True forgot about worldwide numbers but last i remembered there were over 700k pre-orders alone in the US. Combine that with them being constantly sold out and the launch hype I wouldn't have been surprised if it was near 2mil if that many were available. Still a great achievement though nothing less.

It differs for each game.

It's up to the developers to use it, not Sony. I've only used it for Ghost, which it's like another select/options. Other than that, time will tell. It's only been 3 days and a handful of games, more are coming and devs will find ways to use it.

Warframe uses it. You swipe it in each direction to use a different special ability

Seagate is dropping a 2TB drive that fits the PS4 soon. They announced it earlier this month so hopefully it will be on shelves in the upcoming weeks. Blogs are reporting $129 shelf price. The name of the drive is Spinpoint M9T.

I've been in thread for a while and it's apparant that hype is what is selling these consoles rather than stone cold reasons.

Went to one Game Stop but it was almost an hour before opening with about 8 ppl in line so i skipped over to the next GS in a mall since I didn't feel like standing in line that long. So I'm at this GS with 7 people in front and several more behind me. Got mine not sure how many more behind me got them. I was too excited to play 2K to stick around to see how many extra left over.

My PS3 has been good to me. Bad disc reader(replaced it recently) and two controllers that took their fair share of beating but I'll still use it for 2K13 online and movies in another room.

We are deploying a new server to the Playstation4 platform, you might be disconnected from your session as servers are restarting to apply the new patch.

The server update addresses a very severe crash issue on the PS4.

We are working on the conquest bug too and will release the patch for that when the fix is ready. This fix will address a client crash, the second most common one at that. So hopefully you will notice less crashes when the servers have updated.

We have more PS4 updates coming in very soon as well.

It would help piracy I would assume.

Nice I read up on that drive but didn't know the price. Hopefully it releases soon the way I see it now the stock drive will get chewed through by next year easy if not mid 2014.
