Wow, I feel bad for those guys laid off at SSM.
What triggered this, something somebody is keeping under wraps. I'm reading on other forums that the came that got cancelled was from Barlog, and some of his team got let go, damn. We never even got to see pictures, video or it too, but he was working on it for a very long time.
The good thing in this is, the industry is very good at accomadating fellow industry heads. I'm sure other studios (please not MS) will pick some of these guys up, just way too much talent being let go.
Makes you wonder about that video they made a few weeks ago about how fun, exciting and cool it is to work at Sony (SSM), now it seems like a somber note

I felt like the Warzones/custom game modes would be a problem before the game came out. It's hard to play a single mode unless it's like a deathmatch. Those all modes in one variety servers never do that great in other online games. Why do I have to play 4 modes I don't want to, to play the one I do?
The way the servers are set up doesn't lend itself to populating many matches either. You just have to play what other people are playing if you want to play at all.

that struggle trying to get a gold chocobo in FFVII as a kid
They were detailed instructions online. If you had a bunch of money, which you should have by the end of the game it was almost too easy. I can't remember the combination of which chocobo needed to be male and which needed to be femaie off the top of my head but I do remember if you go to that store in the mountains and buy the expensive greens (chocobo food) and feed each chocobo 99 of them it was basically cheating.
The instructions were literally a page and half long

you guys think i could contact sony about the PSNow Beta? i registered when i first received the email in the beginning of January and never received the vocher code. last week i pulled the email back up and registered again and still nothing. im pissed i was really looking forward to trying it out..

I play BF4 all the time. Every once in a while it takes a while to join that 1st initial game, but after that, I am good for the rest of the night
