How can kojima get away with releasing a glorified demo?
From my understanding, companies like capcom got a lot of heat for releasing half finished games and what not.
I hope this trend stops, because i find it stupid to have reviews of demos.

Why are people so concerned with how long it takes to beat GZ? Everybody that's been beating it in under an hour has been doing speed runs.
There's multiple ways to complete the mission and it encourages multiple playthroughs. Plus I think beating GZ unlocks things in TPP.
I haven't played a Metal Gear game since the first one on PSX so I'm gonna pick this up to get my feet wet and learn all the mechanics before TPP comes out.

If you pick it up today, you should get limited ed anyway, I believe first few runs are limited. I have yet to see a standard ed, same with I:SS

I have a standard one. They offered limited edition but the cashier let out a big sigh like she'd have to return and re-charge me, so I just left.

Just ordered the FF X/X-2 walkthrough off amazon. Really want both Plats and I hear they are not easy, so I want any advantage I can get.
X is pretty much muscle memory, I beat it 3 times. But I never actually finished X-2.
So I'll probably just get through a couple seasons of blitzball while I wait.

Because most people that buy those types of games will mainly play online.
Respawn was seemingly transparent with they decision of why they did that though.
From my understanding, they're a small team so they focused on MP.
Since, they figured so very few ppl actually play SP.
MGS on the other hand...

Welp dont miss the first Al Baid primer ( I think that's right) it's very easy to miss at the beginning and is required for a trophy. As far as FF X, that is the only missable trophy. Can't speak on FF X-2, never got around to beating but I hear its gonna be a pain in the *** and 100+ hoursJust ordered the FF X/X-2 walkthrough off amazon. Really want both Plats and I hear they are not easy, so I want any advantage I can get.

Good call. Like Centex said, if you're willing to pay and know what you're getting ahead of time, there shouldnt be an issue. Just vote with your dollars.
Hence why EA wont be getting and money from me for a while.

I also do this at Walmart when I dont feel like paying full price for a game. Those employees dont know the difference in game prices. If its not one of the big games like COD that flies off the shelf they think its a nobody game. I may have to mouthpiece the manager sometimes but it works majority of the time for me.

you can't compile the Al Bhed primers over multiple playthroughs like in the OG FFX?!
