I'm pretty sure that you could got a western digital portable hdd on black friday for $100 from best buy.
Open up the portable hdd, then replace the hdd in the portable enclosure with the ps4 hdd.
You should be able to do that since the hdds are both 2.5'.
I'm not a computer guy, so I'm probably wrong.

I keep going in there to get a some first impressions and that's all they're talking about. I got a homeboy who was a real fanboy of Xbox, he copped the PS4 first cause I convinced him, he just copped the Xbox. He sends me a text at like 3am saying "Xbox One kills PS4" then 2 hours later "PS4 looks way better".
Later on he ends up telling me the extra features are dope but the PS4's visual are better. I was waiting to see if the NT'ers who copped both felt the same way.
I have both will give my full review and comparisons later when I get home

Nothing yet. There's going to be an update later that will allow you to interact with people as they play.
One example Sony gave was if you're playing a game and are stuck on a level, you could digitally "pass the controller" to someone watching the stream and they could take over and beat it for you.

I'll spoil it for you. IF I had to choose one right now it would be the PS4. As I said earlier the ability to remote play was a huge deciding factor for me and it still is. The controller is a hell of a lot better than the DS3, 1080P helps and the few features that are available (share, download and play instantly - kind of, updated friends system) make the system the better of the two as it currently stands.
That said, the Xbox One is still a damn good system.
Kinnect 2.0 is a game changer. I don't care what anybody says that camera is simply amazing - I could literally go on and on about the snap and the voice commands and the ability to recognize me in a pitch black room with nothing but the damn TV playing or redeeming codes in as little as 3 seconds .etc. It's really that freaking good. The UI of the system is much more involved than on the PS4, pinning my favorite games or watching NFL and playing Madden at the same time all the while in a party chat and downloading another game is really f'n cool. The Xbox One controller is amazing as well. But when it comes to the games, 720P ain't gonna cut it and outside of Titanfall, where is any of the real BIG exclusives?
There's a problem when I own Dead Rising 3, Battlefield and Ryse on the X1 and all I play is Killer Instinct lol (to M$ credit I have yet to play anything outside of DR3). Reason being? I'm too busy remote playing NBA 2K14 on my PS4 and uploading pictures of myCareer guy dunking on people.

It's too tall at 15mm. The PS4 uses 9.5mm tall drives. Don't bother waiting.

I only played 2k a lil bit, but if you can change turbo and the fancy pass or whatever to L1/R1 than it would work really good.

Play it all the time, I agree if turbo could be changed to R1 then the game would be 10/10 on Vita... As it stands now the controls take a bit to get used too... But still amazing.

Almost positive I'm returning my vita. The ergonomics are just awful. If I could use a ds4 with it I'd definitely keep it, but the buttons are too small and the touch pad is just awful.
Remote play works really well though. Probably just going to wait til they bring vita tv stateside

yeah having the vita being super thin and a touchpad on the back sucks. if you can find a good case to make it thicker i think it will solve that problem though

Sony users are having issues with their systems as well.. In fact both companies are expecting hardware failure in line with what they thought it would be. Less than 5%.

I bought the vita trigger grip with mine and it made it a lot easier to use, didn't like playing without it
