I just can't see Sony going a 3rd straight holiday without at least one AAA game.

20 million ps4s sold though.

There's been delays and remasters on all current gen platforms.

I'm speaking on exclusives.

Delays: Infamous 2nd son, uc4, bloodbourne, driveclub ps+, and the rental 1886.

We're into the 2nd year of the system (I don't count the last 2-3 months of 2013) and folks mad cause there's no aaa games? Please those things take time to make, those games will drop in 2016-2017

DC, inFAMOUS, Killzone and Knack were meant to be the launch titles.

I knew about DC, Knack and Killzone but I never read anything about inFAMOUS being a launch title. I remember seeing the screenshots for the first time and reading February was the release date.

yeah. i didn't remember it being a launch title but thats my b. i dont mind if its a short delay like a month like bloodborne or infamous....a game that could've gotten a delay is the Master Chief Collection

Delays suck but it's better than getting an unfinished, rushed product. My issue is a lot of the holiday titles, i.e. Assassin's Creed, CoD, Forza 6, Halo 5 and Battlefront, are titles that I'm not really excited for.

Now that I think about it, I could definitely see Sony going without a AAA exclusive again. They will probably just co market some AAA 3rd party game. If Battlefront does release this year, that's an option for them.

I just assumed because the other 3 were.

inFAMOUS… when we first started we thought of it as a laung game, not a launch window game, and the reason it’s a launch game coming out now and not in November was that we weren’t ready. It wasn’t gonna be as great as it needed to be at launch. We needed a little bit more time. And Sony’s like “yeah, of course, no question, do that.”

There have been rumors floating around about the possibility that inFAMOUS: Second Son used to be slated for the launch of the PS4, but it has never been confirmed until yesterday night, when Sucker Punch Productions Co-Founder Chris Zimmerman gave some more details during a livestream

inFAMOUS: Second Son was supposed to be a launch game, but it was delayed (loosely speaking, since a release date was never actually announced) to give Sucker Punch production more time to achieve what they needed to achieve, and to present us with the spectacular results we’ve been seeing lately.

So it was meant to be a launch game but they never announced it as one so not a delay.

uc4 delay isnt a surprise. every single big game has been delayed thus far. every. single. one. im more surprised by a game sticking to its release date. ive BEEN saying uc wont drop this year in the ps4 chats. it was obvious. real obvious. whatever time frame AAA gives to release, push it a minimum of half a year down the road. something is making these game developers find something that they have to fix before release, and it apparently takes a long time to fix. i only wonder, what is it that you all keep finding after making the game that sets you back months and months???

MSGV is literally the only bright spot on PS4 for me this year.

I'm just gonna cop another PS3 and beat everything I never had a chance to...red dead, UC2 & 3, KH 1.5 & 2.5, snake eater, GoW etc...

I don't considered inFAMOUS to be delayed if the public wasn't informed of it's original release date. It's like how some people claim that The Division was delayed; how can a game that was never given a release date be delayed?

I know I'll still have more than enough to play this holiday season regardless of whatever MS/Sony put out. I just need SE to go ahead and announce that FF XII HD Remaster + Star Ocean V and I'll be set.
