PS4 is always recording the last 15 minutes of gameplay. Just hit the share button (select on old systems).
Someone mentioned double tapping the share button, I believe that screen caps.

double tapping the share button, stops the recording of the past 15 minutes, but basically starts a new recording.
example on FIFA after i score, theres a replay after.
double tap share to start recording before the replay. (but i lose the 15 minutes prior to recording).
tap ONCE to stop that recording and save that shorter clip.
it also takes a screen cap for every singe or double tap

You can also hold down the share button to take a screenshot.

You can change the settings for the Share button too, it works better for me. I tap Share once for new recording, double tap for screenshot and hold it to access the Share menu

I am confused on how the PS4 records.
I tried to save a goal I scored the other day and nothing is there. (Double tapped share button, icon on top of the screen popped up, which is what I thought starts the recording.)
I do have a few videos saved on my PS4 but don't recall even trying to record.

After I got the plat, I wanted to go fight Jecht one last time but decided it wasn't worth it if I had to fight Yu Yevon all over again, that fight is too long and pointlessOverkilling Seymour Omnis with one hit from Anima...

Wow. I just got Doublecast and I fought Yunalesca 20 hours ago.
