Played MK9 recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. The story mode was great and the challenge ladder is a lot of fun. Looking forward to MK10

Game is just not that fun to me. Wish I didn't spend $60 on it and will probably do an Amazon Trade-in by tomorrow.

i didn't play GTA 6 or whatever the latest one was.. so i was kind of hyped for this..

my 2 hours of gameplay review..

0. the music is kind of dope.. a lot of chicago or nearby artists would of been better.. wish they was a GoD Jewels track to make NT go viral.

1. the graphics are not that bad.. they don't pop like killzone but they are not horrible.

2. i spent about 1 hour doing side missions not even knowing i didn't start campaign. i had fun stealing cars, killing people and stopping people from committing crimes..

3. it does remind me of GTA and i hope they have some good characters in the game like dude from San Andreas that was apart of the green flag gang(lol) or trevor from the last GTA..

4. hacking people for their money is :smokin .. you never know who has money like that.. listening to phone convos/reading text messages is hilarious!!!

5. they have a sphere grid like in final fantasy x.. to unlock moves, hacks etc.. i love the layout..

FF debuted back in 1987 for the NES. Up until FF X, every iteration was an indirect sequel. FF X-2 was the first direct sequel to a FF. FF XIII-2 is the same as FF X-2, it's a direct sequel to FF XIII. FF XI and XIV are MMOs.

Every FF game up to FF X-2 has a turn based battle system. You level up your characters, gain new techniques, new weapons, magic spells etc. FF VI-FF IX will probably give you 30-40 hours of gameplay each.

FF XII and XIII have turn based elements as well but are utilized a little differently. You don't manual control all your characters. All in all every FF game takes from previous editions in one way or another. I'm not really able to give in depth descriptions but it's my favorite series and plenty of fun if you like JRPGs.

If you are going to start somewhere, I'd recommend FF X/X-2 HD Remaster. It's available for PS3 and Vita and has an easy learning curve. You can always download FF VI, VII, VIII, and IX from the PSN.

Watch Dogs Hacks Into the Ubisoft Record Books

Sure, it’s easy enough for us to call our game highly anticipated. After all, we saw the copious comments from the community and amongst the media – all that lovely chatter about how everyone can’t wait to get their paws on Watch Dogs. And, after a modest delay, we couldn’t wait to deliver Ubisoft Montreal’s innovative take on the open-world adventure. The good news: You really meant it. In its first 24 hours of availability, Watch Dogs sold more copies than any previous title in Ubisoft’s history!

Congrats to Ubisoft on this. I love seeing new IP's doing well.

Not sure how I feel about Battlefield: Hardline going away from the war series. I loved BF3 and BF4 was great minus all the mess ups they had, still a great game I just wish they had more of a variety of maps like Bad Company 2 had. Everything was more urban and probably seems like hardline will be too.

I've been wanting BF to go back to bad company 2 style of map designs for the longest. Bad Company 2 was the best best BF on the last gen consoles imo just because it was fun to play and it had such a distinct feel to it. I've been losing interest in the BF franchise since 3 so hopefully Hardline can pump some new life into the franchise

It's just a spin off.
It didn't even have the DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN theme

DICE is probably working on Battlefield 5

A Watch Dogs publicity stunt in Australia led to the bomb squad being called to investigate a suspicious package.

Mumbrella reports that it started when a black safe was delivered to the offices of Ninemsn. The package also included a letter instructing the reporter there to "check your voicemail," but the reporter did not have a voicemail to use. Instead, office staff tried to enter a pin taped to the top of the safe, and it began to beep, leading to fears that it could be an explosive.

Staff was sent home and the bomb squad opened the box in the basement of the building. Inside, officers found a copy of Watch Dogs, a baseball cap, and a beanie.

“This is definitely the other side of the line in terms of what it’s safe for a PR company to send anonymously to a newsroom," Ninemsn editor Hal Crawford said. "The thing was black, heavy and slightly creepy. We did check with other newsrooms to see if they had received a similar package as we thought it was a PR stunt, but no one else had. We weren’t panicked at any point, but given there was no note explaining what it was, we had to take sensible precautions.”

:smh:
