Ok well I played a little Destiny right now. Seems pretty fun. Also I'm playing without PS+ and it's still putting me into missions that have other players running around. Soooo dunno what's up with that. I did a mission with 2 guys who were lvl 22 and 24 (I'm only lvl 3). And I guess since they were there, the enemies were hulk smashin me. The enemy level was much higher than previous. One hit kills almost on my puny a**.
And as far as the ppl wanting to play it but don't want to buy PS+ like myself, and you're counting on the 30day trial... It only works if you've never used a trial code or owned PS+ before. I've used a code before, so it denied me my trial. Sooo that pissed me off cuz now I gotta go buy a membership to get the full effect of this game.
With that being said, I have a 30 day code avail if anyone wants it. If you got a 7 day code, scrap that and just PM me to get the 30 day, cuz apparently Sony prohibits you from continuing to cash in on the trials.

I think you only need Playstation Plus to play the Strike missions.

You can ignore the online multiplayer aspect of it and just do story missions and strike missions.
You can select an easier difficulty, so the game's levels don't get too overwhelming.

If that's the case, cop destiny from walmart on halloween.
I think destiny regular editon comes with a 30 day free playstation plus trial.
That way you have a month to see if you like destiny and playstation plus, then you can just return it, if you don't like it.

Hmmm thanks. Also why at Walmart on Halloween? is there some kinda sale going on that day lol. By then NBA & WWE 2k15 will be out so I might be a bit pre occupied if it I get it at that time haha

[h1]GTA V PS4 Runs At 1080p, Looks Insane, Tons of New Details Leaked Via Behind Closed Door Presentation: Update[/h1]

 
Rockstar Games recently held a behind the closed door demonstration of Grand Theft Auto V PlayStation 4 version at GameStop Manager Conference in Anehiem and the first impression from it is out. The developer showcased 45 minutes of GTA V PS4 demonstration, and going by the details we are receiving from attendees, it runs at 1080p and looks INSANE.

NeoGaf user The Shogun attended the event and here is what he has to say. GTA V demo was running on PlayStation 4, it looked 1080p, great Anti Aliasing with little to no jaggies.

Rockstar Games showcased multiple locals. The city, underwater areas, country side and many other things. The development team has completely redone the foliage, along with tree barks, individual grass blades, wild flowers etc. This redone applies to underwater areas as well i.e. completely reworked coral reefs and underwater plants.

Draw distance has also received a massive upgrade and in comparison to PS3 port, PlayStation 4 version looks INSANE. At the event, Rockstar Games showcased one comparison example, Main City at Night PS3 vs Main City at Night on PS4, lighting was impressive and for PS4 version, its all pre loaded in real time and is dynamic. You can see lights and traffic flow from massive distances.

Apart from this, Animal texture has been re-done completely along with Water rendering system and Rivers, Oceans, Rain looks gorgeous.

No details were provided about the release date, Rockstar Games only said "Coming SOON", however developer did confirmed of new content for remaster port: "new Songs, Soundtrack, Radio Stations"

The Shogun ended the impression with:

"Best Remaster I Have Seen By Far. I Literally Gasped At The Differences."

So guys, tighten your seat belts, Rockstar Games is about to land GTA V on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC and its going to be INSANE.

He added that changes GTA V remater features are astounding and incredible. Rockstar Games at the event stated that they wanted to push Xbox One and Playstation 4 in a similar way they did with PS3 and Xbox 360. Furthermore, Shogun stated that a brand new trailer for GTA V should be coming out soon

Rockstar Games also stated that they have been working on GTA V PS4/Xbox One/PC for over a year, and the game does not look like a "uprezzed" port but a proper remaster.

All character modes has received improvements, and details of street also has been massively improved. The rain water effect on roads looked similar to what we saw in Sucker Punch's Infamous: Second Son.

Coming to FPS, Shogun stated it looked 30 FPS but added that development seems to have not locked down the FPS yet.

On Upgrades to Animals: Rockstar games said wildlife count has been upped and they specifically gave reference of Red Dead Remption and the original GTA V and wanted to improve animal interactions even more.

Animals now sport actual fur. As in strands of hair that stick out from the actual body not just flat textures like in the original release.

If you already have a digital copy of GTAV on PS3 will you be able to upgrade to the PS4 version for $10 or whatever similar to Battlefield 4? I have digital copies of both of these so I'm highly considering copping the PS4 and just continuing to play both these games. if I only have to pay like $20.

I heard Destiny is similar to Borderlands and I hated that game so prolly gonna pass.

I think you only need Playstation Plus to play the Strike missions. 

Strike and Crubicle. Only two place where it says its required.

Pretty sure you can do single player missions without PS+, not sure what that guy meant when he said you can't get past start screen.

I still really need an answer to this question.

I have BF4, GTAV, and TLOU all digital on PS3 since my PS3 stopped reading disks. Can I get the PS4 version of all of these for a discount or will I have to buy the new versions? The only one I know for sure is BF4. This is going to be the deciding factor if I buy a PS4 today or wait a little longer. I just got a 65 inch TV though so would really like to get the PS4 for graphics.
