Both twd and hr are story driven games and the choices you make matter.
The choices you make in TWD don't matter at all...you will arrive at the same ending regardless of your choices, except your gang of surviving friends or enemies might be slightly varied.

That said...I do think the story alone of the TWD is good enough to warrant playing it even if you are just essentially watching an experience.

Heavy Rain is on a different level entirely. You have true agency in the world...You can **** up so poorly that all of the good guys die and the bad guy wins. In that regard, it's truly unparalleled amongst games that I've played. It's a engrossing experience, and highly recommended for anybody who hasn't played it yet.

Playing Suikoden II right now. Man I forgot how far RPGS have come since back in the day, and I don't mean graphically.

Little things I miss:

- World map

- Constant reminders of what you were supposed to be doing at any given moment. I often come back after a day of not playing and wonder what my objective is.

Story is good though.

Good point.

TWD was not my cup of tea. I stopped at the end of the 4th chapter. I knew what was going to happen in 5, but I never really got into the story or really cared about the characters. A large part of that was like Itachi said. Your decisions never truly mattered, which really killed the "gameplay."

Heavy Rain really nailed it. Been wanting to play it again. Looks like it's already been offered on ps plus.

A walking dead/ zombie game in the vain of Heavy Rain would be great.

Copped my Ps4 (GTA bundle, plus 20 dollar PSN Voucher) last night from Target for 357 out the door.

Glad to finally be on the team. Still wont be able to open my Ps4 til after Christmas because my chick might have bought it for me. Either way, I will be seeing you guys soon.

Any good recommendations on games. I already own Destiny and 2k15 for XB1 so I need some hard hitting PS4 exclusives.

Is TWD like TLOU? I'm looking for another full on action cover and shoot game and from what I've read TWD isn't that.

TWD is a point and click adventure. I can't really think of any third-person shooters other than The Order: 1886, Uncharted 4, and The Division. Which all aren't out yet.

EDIT: I forgot about Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. If you like stealth action. I love MGS, but GZ hasn't really resonated with me.

Already have...I'm literally at the very end, or at least what I think is the very end....SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS

SPOILERS SPOILERS....

Where you find out pea is cassiopeia and you are going through her floating castle in the sky. I'm getting owned repeatedly though, so I had to go back to level grinding.

Level up a **** in boats, naja, bat, and sting ray

Never beat Ni No Kuni.  I wanna, but its been awhile since i've played and don't remember the mechanics anymore.  I will say the pre-order DLC familiars were my strongest.  That Griffy was too strong.

Already gave my PS3 to my sister too.
