same way i feel. and i know it may not be entirely sony's fault since they need to go to devs and publishers who want to profit off royalties but i hope they change from renal to subscription.

One time years ago i was super bored and played Home for a few hours just playing dudes in chess.  I'd have my laptop open with that chess master game thats included.  So I would just do whatever my opponent in Home did as my move against my master level computer, then i'd play whatever the master played against my Home opponent.  Basically my opponents in Home were playing a master level computer.

I wanted to pre-order 2K15 Digital version to get all the pre-order bs that comes with it, but they don't offer it. Oh well like I always do I'll just split it with my bro so I'll only pay $30.

It'll be up eventually, all ps4 games are available digitally.

All depends. Netflix has spoiled Americans in terms of what they expect for 8 bucks a month. 

If they have a huge selection of great games, 10-15.

I was saying that my first purchase upon getting a PS4 would be 2K and Destiny.

But then I realized--what's the actual advantage of getting Destiny for PS4 as opposed to PS3?

PS4 I have to pay to play online. Destiny is heavily online-based. It's not like other games where I can simply ignore the multiplayer and have fun with single player.

Why shouldn't I just get this for the PS3, where I can enjoy the full game for free? Are there other substantial differences? Will they close the PS3 servers within a year or some ****?

I've seen the videos and the graphics don't even look that different

No difference really. Sounds like the old gen versions hold up quite well. And I'm pretty sure you can transfer your ps3 character to the ps4 down the road.
