Games that are so good that you keep them, even thouh you don't own the console?

For me, super smash brothers brawl and melee. Ssb4 will probably be copped even though i wont purchase a wii u for a long while.

Watching my wife play TLOU and it's hilarious . She doesn't know how to use the controller so I'm coaching her through it. Not to mention, she gets scared just from the controller rumbling, never mind the actual game

One time years ago i was super bored and played Home for a few hours just playing dudes in chess.  I'd have my laptop open with that chess master game thats included.  So I would just do whatever my opponent in Home did as my move against my master level computer, then i'd play whatever the master played against my Home opponent.  Basically my opponents in Home were playing a master level computer.

 

Beta or not I don't like these proposed subscription based gaming services.
It's a bad message to send to companies that we're willing to pay to play games we don't actually own.
I don't want PSNow. I want true backwards compatibility. I can get MGS4 for cheap.
Why would I pay to play it for a far smaller window of time than if I actually owned the game?
You ain't got to be an accountant to figure that one out. Next thing you know we'll be paying for demos

Backwards compatibility was never going to happen due to the architecture change. Sony did the right thing looking ahead instead of tying themselves down with backwards compatibility. OG PS3 had BC and hardly that much people cared once it was removed.

If PSNow is done right, it has the potential to be better than normal BC. Obviously not in terms of performance but the fact that you'll have so many devices that will be able to stream these games. We've seen Bravia TV's, PSvita and the PS3 with support for smartphones and tablets coming down the line.


I'm not a fan of the rental service since Publishers set the price which is why they are all over the place. A subscription model will be much better seeing how successful PS+ is.

Haha. That's funny. Careful tho. I put my wife onto video games to spend more time together (for her it was the Uncharted series) and now we argue over who's turn it is.

Yeah the prices on here are a bit outrageous mgs 4 12.99 for 30 days but is like 5 dollars at game stop lol shouldve kept my ps3 lol

I dont really know much or understand this subscription stuff you guys are talking about.

I just want to play nba 2k14 and some fps like destiny or COD when i get my ps4 

All this other stuff going on sounds complicated lol

Basically people want access to the WHOLE ps3, ps2 and ps1 library for $10 a month.

Whenever a new next gen console comes up I usually sell the older one away. I was probably better off keeping my PS2 at least

Its been a year since ive played tlou but I see very little difference in the remastered version.

Like, in GTA V... you can see a major difference in upgrades from ps3 to ps4.

IDK but its all good... tlou will be beat again this time on grounded mode. I love the story... I guess the graphics were already just too good to improve on.

What yall opinions?

I caved in and traded TLOU for PS3 for PS4

I also bought Arkham Origins for PS3 and am going to play that first

If I can beat Origins in 7 days I can exchange it for Farcry 3

I’m glad I kept my PS3

Go to the service desk and ask for the difference, and if they don't budge, return it and re-buy online and just make sure to select in store pickup, if you dont select in store it will be reg $49.99.

Why do you still have a Ps4? Are you looking forward to a particular game? I don't think I've seen you post anything positive about the Ps4. X1 is only $399 now and you can get Crimson Dragon and Strike Suite Zero this month from GwG

I'm kind of hooked on the multiplayer right now. It's nothing game changing but it's fun. I just started the story today and made it to chapter 4 and got back on multiplayer. I can't wait to see what ND does after UC4. I was thinking it'd be dope of they did like a a real survival horror game.

I could see that, TLOU is really suspenseful at some parts. Imagine if they took away your weapons
