Destiny goes down for maintenance today and comes back up on Wednesday, right?

How do you guys feel about Destiny so far? Is it living up to the hype? Day one cop?

I like the co-op aspect of the game. I want to see more of the PvP; different weapons and maps. For me, I can hold off on copping day one. I'll probably try and wait for Target to do a B2G1 and pick it up with a few other titles.

I hate FPS and didnt think anything of destiny. Actaully I tweeted during e3 destiny looks meh. But after this weekend it is a for sure must buy day 1 for me. It takes what I loved in Borderlands and what I loved in Halo and made it one game. These next two days I am going to be mad I cant play it lol. It is that serious. The capture game once you realize what it is, is real fun and the co-op when played on the hardest level is a challenge, but rewarding. Devils lair was a bit but when my team completed it we were like wow that was dope. I just hope they keep the DLC coming. Thats one thing COD does they give you 15 new maps per year. Borderlands is the same they make DLC by the boat load. They charge out the butt for them, but if they can keep me coming back to the game and feeling refreshed then I am on board.

yeah its dope. my weekend was so unproductive its a dam shame, i just couldnt stop playing the crucible. im glad they turned it off

Having played hunter and warlock.. I'm leaning on making the Hunter my main guy once the full game drops. But I'll probably max all of them, since the max level is only 20{ ) and seeing how fast it is to level it won't really be a problem. I like the titans special ability cause it's an aoe and you can just do it on a pile of dudes on A or something. But that hunter gold gun is too badass.

Tell me about it with that level stuff and man I'm stuck between the hunter and the warlock too but I just like the hunters abilities more than the warlock which sucks because I really liked the warlock before the beta. And the golden gun is crazy! I was playing crucible last night and got a triple kill on dudes trying to rush me ! I gotta try the Titan out next but I'm loving the hunter

Whats the point of switching ships? Are there going to be missions where we can use these ships? We only see/use them when we are flying to other planets

The Gold Gun is the hunters special that one shot kills cats. You got a timer on it so you gotta find people quick, or you shoot it 3 times and it ends.

Anyone else feel it's kinda weird/disappointing how the missions kept funneling through the skywatch. Makes the map feel pretty small. I wonder if this will happen on the other planets too.
