Really hoping the second ep picks up, I'm sure it will. Those dragons are going to be a problem, and I just don't like the new Daario. How did Kahleesse's storyline go from one of my favorites to one of the most disappointing? Khalesse herself is getting kind of annoying, new variant Daario is a douche and they exiled the simp (but was a really interesting character). To top if off these dragons bout to go rouge lol

2nd 3rd and 4th episodes pick up bigtime. Got me just as hyped as any other good season

Exactly, the original Daario was very natural, unforced. Variant Daario tries so hard to be cool, comes off as cheesy and a car salesman

Every time I see drawings of characters based off the book it always seems to me this show would be much weirder looking if they stayed truer to George's vision I been knew how Daario was suppose to look but c'mon

Plus the clothing almost makes it seem set in a different time period.

I'm glad they made visual/age changes from the book. As a TV show it just wouldn't work as well

If they stuck to the book Dany would be like 14, Missendei would be 10-11... Luckily they decided to go with a couple grown dimes.

On that note i'm kinda bummed that they left out lady Merryweather from the books. She featured quite heavily and was supposed to be banging

I feel like the book described her and the other prostitute * to be the baddest looking woman in the entire book

(the one that got caught to be tyrions prostitute that cersi had beat/ the one ros replaced in the show....the one where ros was crying and little finger pulled that other girl wiped the sperm off her mouth and she made out with the dude)

I agree Shae in the book sounds like she beautiful, Shae on the show is so underwhelming . I think Darcy is the other one you were referring to the African one.

if they were leaked in HD; they wouldve been watched by now

When I watched the hobbit movie I found it weird that some of the dwarves were regular looking like humans and others looked like dwarves from snow white. In the fantasy genre it is a little fun to see different character designs but it could get distracting.
