I can enter this thread now.. just finished the finale last night. Def had me feeling all types of ways. Jon Snow is still one of my favorite characters along with Jax Teller.
 
I'm really enjoying the GOT book. Although I dislike Sansa alot more and I'm still on Book 1 lol.

Yeah, the show and the book are really similar in Season 1/Book 1...It was just a reminder how annoying AF she really was about Joffrey.

Jus finished the books about a month ago and I'm about to start all over again. GRRM is the goat

Khaleesi gets pretty annoying too in ADWD

Starting my rewatch today.

I've only seen each episode probably twice, once on my own, then once when I got my brother hooked on the show.. but it's been a couple years since I've seen season 2, 3, so it's about that time.

I wonder what he'll do when the show completely goes off book? :lol: Showrunners were already going off book with some moves and deaths as far as how things happened but now they'll have free reign upuntil the ending.

The next book probably won't come out before the next season. GRRM said he had what 2 more books planned after the next one? Show probably won't steer it's way back to following the books for some time.
 
Rr martin is the king of salt. Reason we dont have a book so far. But i think he will pull through for his khalisar

-Like I said before if I were Martin I would finish the books and put them up for preorder, and when they someone preorders they get a letter in the mail saying that:

Dear ASOIF fan,

the book will release 30 years after my death, so I hope you say alive long enough to be able to read them :D

We'll see. Production on season 6 is going to start soon, which means they already have the stories mapped out and scripts written. So, even if GRRM gets the next book done in the next month, there's no way it can get edited and published before the show starts shooting.
