I saw on set photos of locations a while back & one location (in Spain iirc) definitely fit the ToJ bill.

Once that scene reveals who the one true king is, I expect the Warden of Salt to be properly flayed for supporting usurpers.

If Robb legitimized Jon he can still claim King in the North. His possible ( )Targ ancestry could be used to justify his ascension to the throne if he were to claim it by conquest like Robert or if he links up with Dany on the IT.

I honestly don't think either will happen. I think his story arc really is gonna be about the white walker threat but do think he may ascend to Lord of Winterfell / King in the North.

Also. even though the heirs normally receive the throne, there have been instances where the rightful heirs didn't get the crown (the council that led to the first Dance, Aegon the Unlikely, etc.)
