to be fair.. and I was reading what someone said on twitter about this.. and I completely agree

killing for killing sake wasn't really arya.. yes, I wanted her to learn the skills from the faceless.. but still that was all with the ultimate goal in mind

not to be subject to the whims of a jealous actress trying get her shine

If you can't see how fragile the hold he now has I don't know what to tell you. Dude got like 20 faith militant. Tommen ain't lasting long as long either way. What you think would happen if the Tyrell's had him killed? Sparrow got nobody to recognize his power then.

Sparrow strikes me as the type to sneak out when **** goes down anyway if he doesn't die.

see.. I don't the sparrow and LF are playing the same game.. or at least not playing for the same results

sure, I think they are both playing the same type of game (courting and creating chaos).. but I don't think the HS wants to be "king of the ashes"
 
im confused with reed richard's motives, is he sincere with trying to help sansa or he still down his pact with cersei back in s5 of becoming warden of the north?

Still seems like he only cares about himself. Didn't even show much concern when Salsa was telling him that she was abused.
 
This season has been great I dunno what some of you guys are watching

Especially with how bad last season was besides Jon's story

Season 6 is giving season 4 a run for its money
 
When they were in the square, with Margarine about to take the walk, was that ALL the soldiers they brought with them? If so, they would've got washed by the peasants and high sparrow gang.

Furthermore, I'm highly upset she didn't even have to start the walk.

Not a book reader, but do characters in ASOIAF refer to the Red Wedding as "The Red Wedding" in the books? I found it weird that Walder Frey said Red Wedding last night. If this is in the books then I'll gladly take note of that otherwise just a nit picky thing I noticed.

Hopefully Margaery has something up her sleeve...

Yeah, definitely a good point. I think most of us wanted (or expected) her to become this tough assassin. I had a feeling she would never completely lose being "Arya Stark", just didn't think it would come back so quickly. Jaqen gave her the ultimate test here.


Very curious to see how what's going to happen from here. Even if she does survive The Waif, does Jaqen take her back in after failing ? Should be interesting.

I think her going to retrieve Needle insinuates that she has no interest in becoming a Faceless Man anymore, so whether Jaqen would take her back or not is a moot point.

For her, it's going to be all about killing the Waif and heading West I'd imagine. Whether Jaqen will chase her down or whatever remains to be seen.
 
You guys think Arya is just waiting in a dark place for that chick because she has an advantage fighting in the dark for her being blind for a time?

Yeah, a couple of characters do, in particular one of the Frey's so its not far fetched for Walder to say it.

How funny would it be at Cersei's trial, that she goes in there flexing because she got the Mountain, but Bernie Sparrow picks Tommen to fight for the church. :lol:
 
Loras makes the most sense, right?

Sparrow nominates him and permanently ruins the Tyrell/Lannister relationship, sending things deeper into chaos, especially with Jamie at Riverrun.

Yeah Sir Sexy might be a better move, no need to sacrifice Tommen which you got him under control.

Bernie Sparrow is Pat Riley, and Tommen is season one Eric Spolestra

Saw this comment on a yourtube video..."I was thinking that too, Cercei demands a trail by combat and lets Zombie Mountain fight for her, thinking she is invincible. But then the High Sparrow makes his unthinkable move to let Tommen fight for the Faith's side. Tommen dies and Cercei win's her trial but loses her last child. Then there is nothing left for her but to commit suicide. End of the Lannister Reign on the Throne. I wonder who will be the next King after that because all heirs are dead. Probably Margery until Daenerys arrives."

Interesting but I still think we are getting Cleganebowl.
