Nah I think that was a result of potion he took or whatever made Arya blind. If they can just shape shift into anyone then why peel faces or have a hall of thousands of faces. The house of black and white is pretty mysterious. If shape shifting is a thing I can see Jaqan being one but not the waif.

The waif will come as John snow, or Sansa to mess her mind up. So when Arya really meets them she will think its the Waif and kill them.

Waif shows up one time somehow with Jon's face (or Sansa's face) when they'd have to peel the skin off his face to pose as him to Arya and she gets shook? She still goes all the way back to the North, runs in to Jon or Sansa, still thinks it's the waif and kills one or both of them? No test to see if that's her real brother and sister?

She's a kid, maybe 11 or 12 in the show. I expect her to be emotional. Layer on top of that all the trauma she has undergone.

I would assume he purposely got himself captured to execute whatever plan he had. But then things went south when he couldn't escape and Arya had to free him.

Idk just my theory.

He was taken from the Black Cells, which are the cells relegated for the worst criminals. The fact that Rorge and Biter were with him and afraid of him could mean that he did something really horrible.

Finally caught the last ep. Enjoyed it. Nice "movement" episode. Nothing amazing, but nicely advanced several plot lines. Really hoping Arya plunges Needle into that little hating faceless ****. And Uncle Benjen - nice.
