so to this point we still don't really know how a White Walker is created correct?

all the dead wildlings turned into 'Wights'? Just making sure I've got it down right

Amazing thing to me, completely forgot thormund sonnin' the wanna be mance..

Dude smashed him then pulled an iverson

He WASHED Bones in epic fashion

Jon is cool but I'll say it again just like last time. Yall putting too much hype and faith in to dude.

I remember when Robb was yall guy

Jon aint win no battle here, son just survived it. Lets not pretend he pulled off anything impressive in his fight. Son was getting his *** whooped and then got surprised he killed dude. Then he spent the rest of his time catching his breath or throwing up.

When they was on the boat I was waiting for somebody to say we're all gonna die. War wise that was straight up depressing. These walkers descended upon the wildlings like locust. I still don't know what that was. I thought it was an avalanche at first, snow engulfed them and then it got quiet, next thing you know they're facing a seige.

The story up to this point has not presented the key to beating them. You better hope they don't kill a dragon and turn Drogon in to a ice dragon or something.

You such a buzzkill

QFT, something I've noticed a lot lately from Zik :rolleyes

C'mon Zik, you're my guy, let us embrace the best episode we've seen in quite some time :smokin

All we saw was the ceremony at that castle where the night king touched the baby and he appeared to become one

At the end of the episode we saw him turn the dead into wights, how many more times have we seen magic in the show now

Na I love the new look white walker "knights". Their armor is so clean :pimp:

Still :smokin episode though

Edit: Also was cracking up at the pull away shot of how close Jon's boat was to the shore. White Walker could of at least tried to throw a snowball at him..

Probably because GOT has more money now and technology is better now

Looked way better

Cause he was a wildling, and that was even when Ned of all people, the show's OG beacon of honor 'had to do what you have to do as a leader' to wildlings, aka Ned gave the order to have him beheaded, so you see the progression of how a group that's been discriminated against for much of the show has gotten to the point where now they're joining forces. Love all of the different, gradual plot points this show has -- a lot of them can be connected to real things that have happened throughout our Earth's history/civilization.

Can anybody remind me how the wildlings became cast-offs and lepers basically, as they're people. Nothing different about the normal-looking people. It's just that dude that ate Ollie's parents and the giants that have everybody shook.

Maybe? I don't know.

Edit: Here we go. That part in Season 1, Episode 1 -

The episode opens with three rangers of the Night's Watch - Ser Waymar Royce (Rob Ostlere), Will (Bronson Webb) and Gared (Dermot Keaney) - scouting beyond the Wall, a massive barrier of ice at the north end of the kingdom. After finding the mutilated corpses of some wildlings (tribal humans who live north of the Wall), the rangers are confronted by White Walkers (demonic creatures) and undead wildlings. Two of the rangers are killed by the White Walkers, while the third, Will, is for some reason left alive. Fearing for his life, Will deserts the Night's Watch.

Ah, okay. So he was a part of the Night's Watch. Thought because of his garb he was a wildling but they killed him because he was a deserter.

See that's why its a big **** up. You have Ned, who's been mouthing the words of House Stark like a mad man and not even entertain this. Stark of all people.

edit. He was a fine ranger of the Night's watch.
