I think Snow wins. How? Not sure. But from the preview trailer it looks like he's standing over someone like the battle is over (my impression at least. It could be before the battle even starts)

I think he's standing over a fallen friend or relative. Maybe Rickon. I think this might be the moment he snaps and pulls a Rick and bites Ramsay or some ****. Either that or he's about to pull a harakiri.

Maybe I'm just telling myself this because its what I want to happen, but when you think of the larger GOT story, doesn't Snow's army kind of have to win the Battle of the Bastards? We know that the biggest, most dangerous threat is the WWs and, to date, Snow has been portrayed as the only real hope against them. So, if him and his Wildling army gets soundly defeated, seems like they might as well just have the White Walkers win. Put another way, if John loses this batter, it will kind of make a lot of what happened last season and earlier this season meaningless.

^^ That's what I'm thinking. No way he loses. I know GRRM likes to kill folk but Jon is the only one taking the White Walker threat seriously. No way they have all that going on at Castle Black for him to lose here.

Hopefully this is the week we see some Stark bodies fall.

Bran and Benjen to start off. Then next week that bastard Jon Snow, Rickon and Sansa Bolton can catch the fade.

Finally Arya in the season finale when she works up the courage to return to Winterfell.

Nah we all know he has to win. I'm just saying from that pic and the trailer, he looks defeated.

Lol, Ramsay will have the WW wish they never made it past the Wall.

He's the true king of the north and protector of the realm. He'll have the iron throne in short order.

Other than being resurrected, Jon's storyline has been really slow. I was hoping the pace of his story would be quick, since they brought him back early in the season.

would be super ridiculous for travel reasons but it would be great if the Brotherhood Without Banners along with the Hound popped up in Winterfell right in time for the Battle, they're ready for the WW's too and Jon could use the allies

Why does everyone keep saying Rickon is gonna die ?
Cause Ramsay has him. The same dude who killed his father, step mom and half brother. The one person Ramsay did sort of like, he fed her remains to his dogs rather than give her a proper burial. He'll kill Rickon just to piss off the Starks. Even if the Starks win the battle, somebody's gotta die. Rickon is the perfect sacrificial lamb.

Man if a Stark has to catch an L. Get Sansa outta here.

As far as other death predictions, I could see Tormund or Davos going out. Davos can't even fight. So he's definitely at risk :smh:

Shows him drawing his sword not necessarily in battle, though.

It could be him trying to attack melbae after he finds out what she did to shireen. Because it shows him standing over that burning pit..my guy guess is he finds that thing he gave her before he left.

All 15 of them? They aren't in a position to assist in any war. They are too busy scrounging for food, gold, and steel.

I was hoping for more out of his resurrection to be honest. So far it just seemed like a waste to go through the process of killing him and bringing him back. The only reason I can see is they needed a reason for him to break his oath to the Nights Watch to move on from them and handle the real battles ahead.

Why does everyone keep saying Rickon is gonna die ?

What purpose does he serve being alive? Ramsey is going to use him in some way, then be done with him. He has nothing to offer at this point.

That's his reaction to seeing Rickons burnt body on a cross :smh:

I'm sure it has something to do with Rikon.

Probably from seeing Rikon like another poster said.
