the saddest part is that the money they save by being cheap with a paint job is most likely next to nothing for nike..... it's just stupid. upping the quality of paint for a release couldn't be more than like 10-50 grand IF anywhere near that..

Yo these make your feet hot as f! The hurache bootie makes it like ur wearing an extra thick *** sock. Its 100 f where I'm at nw but I'm rocking mine...but I understand the complaints..rumor is jordans athlete's foot issues during the 93 season might have been caused/ exacerbated by the 8
 
Regardless of how many more of these were produced, it feels good to see an OG CW "sitting" for a few days... :smokin
 
I have to say honestly besides all the white leather jordans (Chicago 1s, FR Vs, Grape Vs, and BB VIIIs) JB has had some consistency with their quality. I know people may overreact and say I'm stupid or saying the bull but I haven't been let down by any retro this year except for the 4 retros I stared earlier
 
I'm not sure what quality to look for in a Retro Jordan since this is my first pair. But I feel like the quality is immaculate in these. My question is even though it may seem dumb but does anyone know if these shoes are hand made or put together by machines?

Both. Certain parts are assembled by humans and others by machine.
 
Honestly some jordan releases from this years a huge upset . Some of these retroes shouldnt even be rereleased .. These playoffs is a definite cop though
 
^both...part hand made pRt machine made. I think they're mostly assembled by hand but the components of the shoe are pumped out by machine
 
I was able to scoop mine up, they would be much better if I could used a discount, but the lady said they don't accept discounts until after two weeks, almost said eff it and got the suns because I like them too, but I'm like some of the other posters here, I'm done, I replaced most of my j's and I'm out for good. Other than an occasional trainer I have nothing left. Good luck to you collectors. A. Vandelay.
 
Shiek at Pleasanton, CA. Stoneridge Mall has a few remaining sizes left.  Size 11, 13 and a few small sizes too.

Yeah, now the only question for me is to double up or not to double up. Don't want think to long on this though, they won't be there forever.

I haven't really looked closely at the Grape Vs I have.  What's wrong with the leather?  What should I do to protect it?
