Yeah mane the Ultramarine colorway, compliments the 180 silhouette. Without a shout of a doubt is my favorite silhoutte of all time.

How is it different than the normal 180 midsole? What kind of material was it? What I do like about the Lunar 180 is the upper doesn't get as dirty as fast as the regular 180.

I mean more so the look and overall all aesthetic. I'd never do a lunar anything over an OG. Much like I wouldn't do a ultra over an OG

I agree, but if you appreciate the original shoe you at least gotta respect the Ultra, Lunar, tape, or whichever other renditions of the shoe.

I'm completely opposite it seems. In this case, the 180 air bag is tiny. A fraction of what it used to be. It's not worth buying the retro OG version because of this. However I can make an exception on the Lunar because the upper doesn't get dirty as fast. Plus the retro OG has no forefoot air. I would at least rather have some sort of different cushioning than a regular midsole.

theres def a definitive split among those who like or dislike the new tech. i for one, do not. unfortunately, im shallow, so form over function if we're talking about sneakers. otherwise i wouldnt even wear nikes.

That's cool. The 180 is the only shoe I feel that way about. Otherwise yes, OG over hybrids, tech, etc.

i'm a purist w/ runners but i'm tired of searching for lime's in my sz so i may just grab a pair of those lunars. my main grip with those and the ultramarine lunar is the colored lunar midsole.....left white both would look soooooo much better/more true to OG form
