you have summit laser crimson we dont have a name for these joints right? hows the sizing on them? i was under the impression that all 180s were snug, needing a half size up. i bought half size up in these, and they were huge. so i swapped out for tts and they were perfect. however, i just copped 2012 ultramarines and theyre def on the snug size. wondering if the newer models such as the summit white laser crimson whatchamacallems are cut larger.
@unseen I hear ya mane.. I'm in the same boat with those releases. I was building up my New Balance collection and neglected my favorite model of all time.. The Air Max 3 (180). I hope to acquire some more 180's if my size pops up for reasonable prices like you. Keep ya head up though, I'm sure Nike is going to bless us with more releases soon.

actually the AM90 is called the AM3, 180s never got the ''Max'' featured in their name, it was always Nike Air 180 and not Nike Air Max 180 although the shoe did featured at the History of Air campaign in 2005, its technically not an air max, the 180s are in the same boat as the air structures and the air stabs, its a running shoe but they are not really part of the air max series imo

Go find an OG pair with the word MAX on it anywhere, on the shoe itself, on the box, on the booklet that came with the shoe, in catalogues from that time. Good luck. You won't find it because they weren't an Air Max. And yes I've owned 2 pairs of OGs back then.Keyword: Opinion

but where is it stated as AM3 ?? and that picture doesnt makes sense at all, they left out a bunch of air maxes, there was also picture from the AM90s in BOON magazine that came out in 1997 where you can see that they were called AM3, even that wikipedia is a open source cant change the fact that 180s were never called AM3Keyword: Opinion

the BW silhouette is bulky? First time I heard that, if any AM is bulky looking it would the the 95 and 98.
The Air Max "2" is basically a refined version of the Air Max 87 "1" so it doesnt really count. The next breakthrough silhouette is the Air Max 90 & then the Air Max 180.
