KIXSQUARE.COM is SHADY, buyers beware

I recently made a purchase from their site www.kixsquare.com and they send me the WRONG colorway for one of the pairs.  I tried emailing them numerous times to resolve the situation for at the very least a refund but all i got was one email saying "Hello how are you? Which shoes did you receive?"  They don't even answer their phone numbers listed on their twitter and website.  They have time to instagram all their shoes but can't even send you the RIGHT shoes.  DO NOT BUY from them unless you wanna risk getting screwed over.

Dont tell me u copped those corks for $800 and got sent the Miami Home's :lol:

The site just LOOKS janky. I would have never bought 18 dollar shoes from a site that looks like that. All the products listed on the homepage?! lol, my little cousin could have coded that site.

but srs, I've actually heard decent things about them before. I'm skeptical when seeing join dates and threads like this. Good luck OP, hopefully it gets resolved for both parties' sakes.

yeah i learned my lesson.  kixsquare blocked me from their instagram account.  they didnt like my #DONOTTRUST hashtag lulz

Just blocked me from instagram too. Ordered cloak pennys 2 weeks ago, haven't shipped, no answer. Went ahead and filed a dispute with PayPal. Ordered from him before without a problem.
 
First time hearin problems from this site..I regularly check it..I've ordered from OS Life which is very similar in set up n whatnot and I had no issues with them..but sorry to hear about that..
