KIXSQUARE.COM is SHADY, buyers beware

 The owner of kixsquare has finally contacted me after how many months.  He personally called me asking me if there's anything he can do to resolve the situation.  I was asked how the transaction went and he's going to fire and remove that person who messed up my order.  He offered to put me on their email list for upcoming releases and if there was a shoe that I was interested in he can help get for me.  I asked if he had any black toe 1's, and unfortunately there was none.   Then the last thing he asks me if I knew about this thread on nike talk since it has now become the one of top results for a 'kixsquare' google search.  I told him yeah I posted that.  He feels that since I received a refund and I didn't have to send the wrong colorway back that I should delete this thread entirely.  This thread has exposed more issues from other customers that have been ignored as I have.  I do appreciate that he has tried to resolve my issue, but I can't delete this post until their bad business practices have been entirely fixed.

Paypal decided in my favor and i was able to ship the damaged shoes back. when paypal got notice that the shoes were delivered they gave me a refund.
 
Same thing happened to me regarding the Shadows released awhile back.  Me and a buddy got in on the pre-sale.  Long story short he got his, I did not receive mine.  These people do not respond to emails and will delete your IG posts.  Filed my claim and got my money back. 

To those of you who still want to try your luck with them be wary... I was initially sent a tracking number which never went live.  Saw another IG'r post something before they could delete it and I got in contact with him.  Believe he ordered Denims and they were not responding to his emails like they did the rest of us.  I lurk around here but had to post in here hoping no one else gets scammed by them.
 
Ordered the KD 6 from them a week ago today, never shipped. I emailed him like 3 times and got 1 response saying "Your shoes will be shipping shortly". Doesn't answer the phone or other emails. Filed the claim today, waiting to get my money back. I'll never order from this clown again.
 
ive never had any problems with them, i stumbled on this thread and was surprised.  prices are usually higher than i like to pay, plus $20 shipping is a little much, but i ordered shadows from them when they released and didnt have any issues, even got them a few days before release date.  Only thing bad I have to say is about their expensive shipping, and then they usually print the label so you get the shipped email, but they dont ship out for another few days after that.  I've also sent them emails and gotten replies within 48 hours.  just my 2 cents, maybe ive just gotten lucky
 
This scares the ishhh out of me. I just ordered the brazil pack from them.. Now im going to question myself till coming release and shipping to my house. Maybe i should cancel asap before i become a victim. I had high hopes for this company... Smh
 
I ordered the glow in the dark lebron 11 from them. I received my pair after numerous emails sent to them. Never again tho
 
Dudes in Florida are so unprofessional, whether it's 'sneakercons' or these little boutiques. Can't say I'm surprised.

No a fool with no money would worry. I used my credit card. Worse come to worse call my cc and dispute. Easy. Or get personal and fly out to the 305. So far he's responded to my messages. Ill get a confirmation in 24hrs. Ill keep updated of the confirmation and status of everything. Hopefully they changed since then.

I ordered a brazil pack from them 4 days ago now no news from them after i sent several emails. Just opened a dispute via paypal as they keep ignoring my emails and messages either though IG or twitter. @bobafreak did you receive your brazil pack? If yes, how long did you wait?
 
Here are my 2 cents. Ordered a brazil pack from this guy kixsquare on july 8th. After two days of no news about my item being shipped i sent an email which he never responded to. Finally got in touch on the third day via IG. Man told me they had like 100 orders and were shipping out asap. 2 days since i contacted him, still no news. I decided to open a file via paypal to get either my money back or my shoes sent!!! Today, july 14th he just refunded my money saying he granted to what i asked him...i spammed his IG telling people my story so they would be avare and after blocking me he sent me like 10 messages and pictures saying they've been busy and shipped out already like 80+ orders (of course mine wasn't included!!!).
Guy is shady don't do business with him and save your time and money...buy somewhere else...also he told me to place a new order and that shoes would ship tomorrow!!! Lmao
 
Update: been in touch with kixsquare and after they refunded my money i placed a new order and they finally shipped the brazil pack yesterday. I Will update you guys and let you know once i received them!!!

But you filed a dispute for NO reason. Instead of being patient like everyone else you panicked like a school girl and ended up biting your tongue and ordered them again. He was clearly busy and still correspondent with you. You are the type of buyer I warn sellers to stay away from

emailed them asking if they indeed had stock available for an order, they said yes & after i placed order to contact them again to confirm & they would ship out the day after,ordered the brazil pack from them a few hours after they emailed me back (july 16th), sent them another email to confirm i did... no reply nothing... paypal then sends me an email saying my package shipping looked at the status & all it says is they notified usps & printed the label, not shipped out ....
