can't speak about your situation, maybe your order got over looked or they accidentally sold yours or you're overreacting

Heres my story with ks.
Like i said i ordered on wed the week of the release. I paid 690.00 It took about over a week to get here though it said 2 day shipping.like some of you i too received the tracking number which is just a label that was printed. Its not shipped. I know this because i work with ups and usps all the time. When i saw it at the same screen since day 4 of purchased i was concern cause i should have received it by now. My only concern since it was supposed to be two day was i had a flight to catch if i missed this box, it would be going back to fl. The guy is responsive and communicates well via twitter and that made me feel safe even though i read the issues you guys had here. None the less they did come and they were legit. I wish i would have waited though cause later he had them for 500 but its how the game goes. Lol. If he can get other shoes soon and preorder i would repeat my business even with the shipping lag time. I still have not wore the brazils but i really dont wear most of my shoes. They just sit in the closet. Lol

I ordered from Kixsquare last week on Wednesday night and got a tracking number the next day and just got my shoes in mail today. DS Kobe 9 flyknit hypergrapes in perfect condition. Will def order from them again.

I'd just chime in and say that several retailers already received their shipments of the 11s, so it's not far fetched for one of these online spots to be selling pairs already.
With that being said, if I'm going to be paying resale prices, I'd rather purchase my pair from a site I know is trustworthy and legitimate.

Please do not be misled, there was a simple mistake where as we shipped the wrong colorway on a pair shoes to this specific customer. Just to Clarify the results of our mistake the customer was FULLY Refunded and we even sent Him His Correct Original Order for FREE. Once again we are not Justifying our initial mistake but we would like to Assure people that we value every individual customer and our integrity.

Also gotta say I had a bad transaction with kixsquare. I will admit that I got my money back but I paid them a bit over retail for Royals before they dropped. They claimed to send them to the wrong seller but it took several weeks and some very angry phone calls to get my bread back. I have seen a ton of testimonials saying they have decent customer service but I personally wouldn't shop with them again since they cost me a pair of Royals.
On the other hand everyone ***** up. Like I said I got my money back and I've been weary of shopping with them since. I don't think you will get fake sneaks or anything tho.

From revisiting this thread from over a year ago and my personal experience (post #56), please be wary when you order from this place. There is not a doubt that this place sells authentics, the problem lies with whether you actually receive your order or not.
To sum up my experience again, me and a friend pre-ordered Shadows and he got his but I did not receive mine. Kixsquare sent me a "tracking #", just like many on here have received, but the package itself never shipped. After realizing this, the communication on their end stopped. No more emails, blocked my instagram, etc. (sound familiar)
Bottom line is that not everyone receives their order. To those vouching for this site, I have no doubt that you got your order because my good friend received his. It is a roll of the dice whether you end up a satisfied customer or end up posting your regretful experience like so many of us have in this thread. If you decide to take the gamble, I only suggest to stay on top of your order and make sure your tracking # is actually live and not just a pre-made label that will never ship. If you are thinking of purchasing then use your best judgment. There have been too many similar experiences from others that suggest you take caution.

This dude is a complete waste of time. I purchased CP3 Jordan 13's from him over 3 weeks ago. Waited for shipping for over a week before contacting the seller. Never heard anything back till I made a post on their IG account. Promised I would receive the shipping details in the next day or so. Filed a dispute with Paypal and still didn't hear anything form the seller. So I posted a negative comment on their IG and messaged in the DM on IG. Got a response that he couldn't refund now cause its a Paypal dispute which is BS since you as a seller are notified of the dispute and provided an opportunity to resolve by providing shipping or refunding.
