I live in Mobile (home of rich boy /jamarcus Russell /and the guy who invented the super soaker) and certain parts of the state are actually pretty nice, especially Birmingham. We do have all types of shameful shenanigans it the poorer parts of the city, but it's whatever, i never get involved with it.

There are third world countries nicer and more civil than Alabama. Alabama is the third worst state in the union below Florida and Mississippi. I have no interest in ever living there.

Outside of Tempe and Phoenix that place is all bad.

I'm from alabama and i refuse to go to that *******.
SO my family is from there and still lives there most of them (ALABAMA, WAR EAGLE) (T-U! U-KNOW!) And although I've heard of other shameful events very similar to this, I had never heard of this one until about 6 months ago.
EVERY state has something just a shameful happening in it, whether you know about it or not. Yes, AL is near rock bottom when it comes to education, but in all honesty the entire nation isn't doing all that hot to begin with so get of your high horse.
